They have no idea what they are doing as far as delivery. the driver for my package JAMES has tried to deliver my package 3 times to Townsend with no success. Not sure how uber eats has no problem finding my house but it’s such a difficult task for him.

They suck , you call the number they give you and you talk to a computer, give it the tracking number they gave you that shows your package on on the truck to be delivered for a week and your number is no good and you can't talk to no one directly you must have a tracking number which you do but it's no good, bottom line THEY SUCK

The woman that works here is absolutely horrible, rude, and gives terrible attitude to customers. She mumbles and then acts annoyed when you can’t understand what she’s saying.
Don’t ship your packages from here unless you want to be treated terribly.

I've been waiting for my package for 3 days says it's says it can't be delivered because customers not home when it clearly also States on my shipping directions to leave the package at the door they haven't even tried delivering the packages for 3 days it keeps saying your package will be here by 8:00 p.m. today the next day your package will be here at 8:00 p.m. today I'm very frustrated I just want my package when they say they're going to deliver it

Fedex has always been awful and will continue to be awful. I am hoping the district manager reaches out to me on this as i have waited 2 days now for a delivery that still hasn't come, no attempts no nothing. I have contacted the store multiple times and you for updates and keep getting the run around from fedex.
Please stop lolly gaging and deliver my package, and stop making our lives miserable by you not doing your jobs.

I came in stressed about mailing a high-value package, but left completely at ease thanks to the team at this FedEx Shipping Center. The whole experience was shockingly smooth—no red tape, no confusing forms, just in-and-out service that inspired real confidence.

They lost my package and keep saying it was given to the usps as part of a smart post but then I look u other address and it’s a FedEx office I call and the rep insists it was given to the usps at this address there is no usps at this address. I do online chat and again they insist was given to the usps I went to the usps I called the usps and it’s not there they never got it. It was scanned at this location may 9th then just vanished.

My package was damaged in transit and at the sorting facility. It was severely damaged and the hardware was lost. FedEx repackaged it it in an oversized box not rated for the weight of what was inside of it. FedEx still delivered the package even though it was severely damaged. What a joke. I will never opt for FedEx as a shipper again and if the place I am purchasing from only uses FedEx, then I will purchase from another retailer.
