Called for parts and the guy hung up on me and told me to call a different company. I own a HVAC company and will do nothing but talk bad about this brench. Horrible customer service. 0/0 do not recommend anyone contact these people.

Shiny sheet metal in the rough. I am not a sheet metal tradesman but I do know the value of the items I needed to purchase. They other supply stores are over priced on items you can buy at a trade specific store. We will leave it at that. Ferguson offers excellent pricing on all their products.Best overall, the customer service was excellent. I called, they had all the pieces as promised. The lady at the sales desk helped get everything I needed and brought it out for me.You don't get this type of service in those big warehouse companies or online.I am happy to find them and I will return soon.Anyone looking for HVAC items, Ferguson is your store.Outstanding experience!
