This location really puts an emphasis on care in their name Firestone Complete Auto Care, especially their employee Mr. Johann. Took care of my family and I with professionalism, employees like him are hard to come by and this store will and has excelled with his presence around. 6/5 stars if I could rate one more time.

This shop went above and beyond for me! Having a rental that had a blow out and fighting with them to change the tire and give the car an oil change. Jeremy definitely went above his job description to help me get back in the car and to work! Thanks guys

Caught a nail to my tire as I was crossing the bridge. I came in at 730am- ish on a Saturday with no appointment. I was able to get a new, inexpensive tire and was out by 9:30am. Super helpful!!!! Shoutout to the gentle giant that assisted me from start to finish :)
