This is a hidden gem at Concord mall. If your hair is natural, this is the place to go. Junita was my stylist, she is very nice. My hair turned out beautiful, I receive many compliments. The receptionist was so nice too. She followed up to see if a stylist was available and I really appreciated that.

I’m a person with CCCA and required braids for my vacation. My stylist hooked me up and I received soooo many compliments. Can’t wait to get other styles to maintain my hair over the summer. Thank you Indie♥️

Nothing but love and respect for miss Demi and the business she has ran! The service industry is tough, specially relying on others to represent your business! As a business owner I know these stress well! But miss Demi is simply amazing ! She works hard and is amazing at what she does! I’ve been very proud of all her hard work for 10 plus years! RESPECT QUEEN!

Nice place,Amiyah was really good when doing my Granddaughter makeup for her sweet sixteen party!! She looked Beautiful!! I waited for her in there and it was really freezing in there yall need some heat!!

I have scheduled an appointment two weeks prior with Intimacy. I got there 20-25 mins before. The stylist started to work on a walk-in customer's hair. So, it took me 3 hrs to get a silk press which did not even last a week although my hair type is sort of smooth. I will not recommend this place to anyone and I am not going back. They love the money more than the service that they are giving

My braider (@slaybysavage) was over 2hrs late and had a nasty attitude the entire time. I assumed she was having a bad day, so I kept my patience. When I would ask a question about my hair, she quickly snapped at me! My hair didn’t last 2 days, I chalked it up & decided to go somewhere else. However, my mother wanted to help me despite my refusal, and went to the salon to discuss a resolution w the stylist. She quickly got a nasty attitude w my mother, exclaiming that she does not do refunds — which we never asked for. I would never ask for a refund regardless of how my hair turned out bc I know she spent time & money. I couldn’t believe she yelled at my mother like that! I was APPALLED. Apparently this is a pattern with this business. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. I must add that if 10 mins late, the client is charged a late fee, but I was compensated $20 after almost 3 hrs waiting for her. My price was also a lot more expensive due to some additions I never agreed to, like human hair that I never asked for. It is also clear that these stylists talk horribly about their clients. The atmosphere is similar to high school mean girls.

Yesterday my daughter had a 9 am appointment (scheduled several weeks in advance) with Indi for box braids for $235. The appointment was also Confirmed the day before. Arrived early at 8:45am. Daughter messaged Indi that she was there. 9:30am someone finally arrived to open the shop. Indi messaged back at 10:00am that she was running late and wouldn’t get there til 11:30am. Said that someone else could take her at 12:00. Another girl started washing her hair, then another stylist began braiding my daughter’s hair an hour later. That stylists appointment showed up so she told my daughter she had to wait, then offered to send her to her aunts house to finish it! Indi never showed. At 4:30pm, my daughter had not even 1/5 the of her hair done. A third stylist who never did braids before finally finished my daughters hair at 7:30pm. Indi (who never showed up) had the nerve to tell the other stylist that she was not sending the $50 deposit, that was paid in advance, to anyone. The girl who did my daughters hair argued that they were all “their own bosses” and that she was not responsible for getting the $50 from Indy and she wanted the full amount that did not include the deposit. Although my daughters hair looked ok, it definitely wasn’t $235 quality and was not finished at the ends. We had to call the owner for Indi to finally agree to forward the deposit to the girl who finished my daughters hair. The girl offered for us to pay $160 instead which was the most polite jester considering.Needless to say, my daughter had to spend the entire rest of the night rebraiding the bottom portion of the hair as it wasn’t fully complete.Very unprofessional, disrespectful to other people’s time and this girl obviously feel entitled. I don’t ever really go on google to post reviews, but this was ridiculous and took up an entire day needlessly.

The ladies here at flawless studios are extremely talented and welcoming. however they are unprofessional. Clients barely even made it out the door before they stylists started to gossip and complain about them. I figured as soon as I left I was probably being talked about too. I wouldn’t go back

Very unprofessional. Do not book with Edisa (@slaybysavage). She will take your deposit and not respond to emails/text messages. Lost a potential client.

Booked an appointment for knotless braids for my daughter because we were going away for the weekend. Booked through booking site and paid a $50 deposit through the booking site. We waited for an hour and the stylist never showed up during that hour. Very disappointing and major inconvenience.

Professionalism is at an all time low. I made an appointment to see Jaye for 4pm, I arrived at 3:45 told the receptionist who I was there to see and what I was getting and signed in. I sat there and waited till 4:30, the stylist had yet to walk up to me. She was in fact still in the middle of doing someone’s hair and moving slower than a sloth. I then walked back up the desk, there was another person there who I believe was the owner. I asked if I would be seen soon as no one has helped me yet. She went back to talk to the stylist. Apparently no one told her I was there, however she was still in the middle of doing someone’s hair. Regardless if the previous receptionist had told her, I would have still had to wait because she didn’t plan accordingly. So another 15 minutes go by it’s now 4:45 (note 45 minutes past my appointment time and 1 past my arrival time) the stylist walks up and says she be ready in 10 minutes. Fast forward it’s 5:25 and that’s when she was ready to take me. Once she began doing my hair, she didn’t use any heat protectant (note my hair is natural). I booked a sew in and she then proceeded to add a track of glue in hair after cutting my bundles. Without asking me if that would be ok. If I asked her a question she acted as if I was bothering her. This girl needs to learn a thing or two about professionalism, natural hair care, and customer service before she can ever justify her prices. If you care of your time and the integrity of your hair please don’t book missjaye!
