It gets veryy hot in the warehouse during summer. No AC or heat up in there. Feel bad for the workers that gotta deal with people acting like animals too. You basically are digging through trash but I’ve found some really cool stuff and 90% of my wardrobe is from da bins so 4 stars 🤷🏽♀️

I still ended up buying because I found great stuff for my kennels, though my experience was terrible. I was with a 1lb dog who is my emotional support animal and when the older woman at the register saw it she rudely told me to take the dog out. My husband was in the restroom so I waited in the front by the doors so he could take the cart and she again told me to leave and did not care if he was in the restroom. There are no visible signs that say no animals so I didn’t know it would be a problem. Hopefully someone can give her feedback and I will look into my rights with an emotional support animal.

i’ve been coming here for about a year and the rules have changed almost every other month, with being able to have your shopping cart during rotation then not having it. and just recently now you have to check out after each rotation. even though when we were yelled at by one of the lady’s to check out, we asked a different lady who checked us out if we had to and she said no. they can’t make up their mind on the rules. but still we checked out and as me and my mom were trying to walk back to the car she almost got run over since they let the people rush to the bins even though my dad was still checking out. and they still allow people to hoard bags and bags of clothes into their shopping cars.
i used to love going to this place but this time just left a bad taste in my mouth, we have been so sweet and understanding with the workers and we used to go every Saturday but no more.

We got kicked out 15 minutes early, though the hours say 6pm close. I drove an hour out of the way to go here first. When I pulled up at 5:30 the male employee there told me not to come in at first then when I walked in he said we only had 15 minutes….. hours say 6pm. People shouldn’t be rushed this way.

When they switch the bins out. You have to take EVERYTHING out of your shopping cart and put the cart back. Even it your cart is full. Stupid.

I’ve visited Goodwill Outlets in several states. My experience here is by far THE WORST and I will never shop at a Goodwill again. The large, mouthy Black man is to blame. I get he is poorly paid with no benefits, but his attitude reflects how he must have been treated in prison. My 83 year old mother and I visited for the first time and was unfamiliar with the “rules.” When my hard of hearing mother didn’t understand what was happening, he loudly shamed her almost to the point of tears. Goodwill receives EVERYTHING they sell for free. Their CEO makes millions while little actually funnels down to boots in the streets. And apparently in Delaware, they employ societal rejects on a power trip because they have a name tag. Don’t waste your time or money on this joke of an organization. Donate and shop somewhere else.

Does not have specific time sometimes they change the pin every hour until 4:pm sometimes every two hours sometimes they change wear and clothes in same time sometimes not but the bad experience it was when the manager kicked a man and abused him without any respectful in front of the people and no one care that really disappointed.
