I was looking for a Tucson Hybrid Limited in White and called Hertrich for a quote. The salesman took my information including the trade vehicle and said he would get right back to me with a quote as they had the vehicle. Waited till late in the day and called again to get the quote. This time I was told the salesman was busy and would call me back. Next day still no response so I called again and said I needed this so I could make a buying decision that day. Was told that someone would call me back, which never happened. I also inquired on line about the car, and you guessed it, no response. All this lack of follow-up, common curtesy, made my buying decision easy. I bought from another dealer who understands the concept of follow through. I looked online before posting this, and their white Tucson Hybrid is still sitting on the lot. Not sure how these guys sell cars.

I don't know what's going on there maybe it's staffing issues but the service is subpar. I'm having a paint peeling issue and currently 18 months In trying to get it resolved. Part of the job was done but it seems almost impossible to get the rest done. Hyundai Corporate is even having a hard time resolving it with them. My last visit there for brake service I sat in the waiting room with several other customers who all complained about their service issues. I'm going to find another dealership for my service needs. I wouldn't recommend them.

Ricky was great person!The day I came in for my appt my check engine light went off the next day I called Ricky and he told me drop of my suv .. & he make sure I got back home and got pick up from Hyundai to grab my SUV .Thank you so much Ricky !!Service and Communication was great!Give him a raise ????

I went for a routine oil change and I just wanted to say that the service from beginning to end was great. They even washed my car and vacuumed my front mats. It was something so simple but it meant so much to me. Seeing my car look like it did when I first bought it a year ago I almost cried. Thank you taking something off my to do list. And for being so professional and friendly.

I scheduled an appointment for this establishment to have a recall fixed on my car and in my appointment I put I needed a shuttle to go back to work. I ended up missing 1.5 hours from work because no one apparently but 1 person works in that department and never showed up and when you call to talk to the manager he doesn't pick up his calls just doesn't respond. I went there in 2020 and did like the customer service never went back tried again same thing I will never go there again they treat people of color very rudely.

DO NOT HAVE YOUR HYUNDAI SERVICED AT HERTRICH. THEY CAN’T DELIVER IN A TIMELY, PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND DON’T HONOR FEDERAL WARRANTY PROGRAMS. My vehicle was at Hertrich Hyundai for ONE MONTH for a simple steering column repair that took approximately TWO hours to replace. The service writer initially handling this was let go and NO ONE picked up his work, so the part wasn’t ordered as I found out ONE week later when I stopped in to check, since NO ONE in the service dept returns phone calls. At one point I was left on hold for 20 minutes and 49 seconds. When I hung up and called right back, the service dept was closed! Then the excuse was that they couldn’t get the steering column assembly. When I tried to help by locating one online, they advised that they “don’t use after market parts,” despite my willingness to waive any warranties and since I was now into a rental car for $900.00 and 3 weeks. “Coincidentally” they just happen to locate the part that same day at two (not one but two) locations in Ohio!! Hertrich also initially agreed that the electronic control unit was covered by the Federal Emissions Warranty since my car has less than 80k miles, they retracted on this claiming that the ECU wasn’t covered! I even brought all of this unprofessional service to the attention of the GM, Mike, who initially promised a reduction in the cost of the repairs, and then retracted on that too!! Hertrich Hyundai was voted Best Service Customer Satisfaction Dealer in the Eastern Region, I wonder who did the voting! The only helpful and genuinely concerned employees were Ingrid and Lisa, but unfortunately their authority is very limited. DO NOT HAVE YOUR HYUNDAI SERVICED AT HERTRICH. THEY CAN’T DELIVER IN A TIMELY, PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND DON’T HONOR FEDERAL WARRANTY PROGRAMS.

Worst service department ever! Had an appointment scheduled, which was scheduled almost two weeks ago, to drop my car off at 8 this morning 8/30 for what I was told was the final test Hyundai required for the oil consumption issue. I was told this testing would take 2-3 hours so I was leaving my car but told them I would pick it up at 4 p.m. Called at 3:30 and service advisor said he needed to check on it and would call me back in 5-10 minutes. Half hour later no return call so tried to call again and no one answered phones. So left my house to make the drive down to get my car. Get there and my car is in the exact same spot I parked it in this morning. Come to find out they never took it in for the testing. Car sat there for 8 hours never to be looked at. Now I have to rearrange my schedule to take it back next week. And not one person apologized for their screw up.

Nasty managers and not the place to buy a used Hyundai. They do not offer the Hyundai warranty.Drove over an hour to buy a "certified" pre-owned Hyundai. We had an appointment but had to wait for over an hour. Not a problem -- salesman was nice and was closing another customer. I get it. Finally drove the car. Daughter loved the car. Negotiated a price and they snuck in a $400 "etching" fee to etch the windows. (FYI you can buy an etching kit for $20 on Amazon). To their credit they agreed to remove the fee. Next step -- finance. We were told that, the car was not Hyundai certified (10 year factory warranty) but "Hertrich" certified (7 year unknown warranty). That was a substantial change. You would think they would give us a few minutes to talk about it and go over what the differences are. No. The manager said "are you buying the car or not? we closed at 5!" and started turning off the lights". (it was about 5 past 5). Meanwhile the finance manager told my daughter "you are not getting a car" and threw the paperwork in the trash. First care buying experience. To say this was nasty, unprofessional and upsetting for the entire family is an understatement.

James was great to work with. I drove a few different cars with him and chose a new Tucson, which wasn’t much more than the used one I was looking at.He worked with me while I got my finances moved around over a holiday, which delayed things a bit. They have been proactive and responsive. Recommend them without hesitation!

Horrible.. the service woman that helped me was nice but other than that the experience was terrible. My license plate and plate cover was damaged which I don’t understand what were you doing to do that. Also not to mention I noticed my cover to my battery was stuck between the hood of the car.. so you didn’t put it back on and closed hood.I wouldn’t say if you take your car here make sure everything is back in place and your car is ok before leaving because this is ridiculous. I won’t be back here. I came for recalls but I’d rather wait before I take my car here for anything

My mother has recently put her car into this dealership for something as simple as a "Knox Sensor". This is also where we purchased her vehicle at to mention. Their service team forced my mother into getting a tune up that she insisted to them she did not need paying $640 dollars. The same day she picked her car up it was driving worse then what it is was, she took car back immediately and then they say "it is just a Knox sensor" as she already stated. A day later Saturday 7/8 Meggy/Peggy whoever she is called my mother saying her Engine "Seized" and they would rather get my mom one of their cars or a rental and the "PA" has been submitted.We are now here a week later and I find out a PA was not submitted until yesterday after I had to physically go up to the office. And all of a sudden they do not offer "loner" cars something that Mrs. Meggy said that they do. She also assured me it would be expedited , but never asked me for my case number to even do so. I have called this morning to get in touch with Tom the service Manager, in my personal opinion he is avoiding my calls. It seems like you cannot get any straight answer from this team without physically coming in. The lies and miscommunication seems to be common.I was also told to my face "I understand your 55 year old mother needs a rental but we have other people to help" From Mrs. Meggy. The rudeness and unprofessionalism is out of this world. I will be speaking with Mike the General Manager tomorrow.

I want to personally thank Tom who is the certified Tire Tech along with Bob Darr who is the Regional Vice President for assisting me today in getting my new tires installed and for resolving some complex issues over the past three weeks.
