Had a really great experience. Tina the cashier was very very helpful and gave the best customer service. She is amazing. Also great customer service from Chris, he helped my husband load a really heavy box into our car. Love this location!

This Home Depot is conveniently located and well stocked. The people there are always willing to help and go above and beyond.

never thought I’d leave a hardware store excited about soap scum, but here we are. Scored a fantastic deal on a hard water and soap scum remover that actually works—paired it with a Scrub Mommy sponge, and my shower now looks like it’s been professionally detailed. Seriously, it’s gleaming.
Big shoutout to Donna, who was holding it down at the self-checkout with a calm, attentive presence. She made sure everything ran smoothly and was quick to assist when a kiosk started acting up.
All in all, excellent service and great deals.

Never dealt with a situation like we did with Home Depot. We have purchased products from Home Depot for many years, including appliances. This particular Home Depot once you purchase an appliance from them and they deliver they expect the customer who purchased the product from Home Depot to go through a third-party repair service, which is very inconvenient. They should back their product and she should have replaced the damaged item immediately yet, my 73 year-old father was left without a refrigerator from the time of delivery, which was July 1 until yesterday evening when it was finally fixed.
Very poor service on their part And a third-party company they work with never liked answering the calls.

I recently had the most frustrating and disappointing experience at the Home Depot store. I went there expecting to get some help with cutting a drywall, but I ended up wasting over 30 minutes of my time with zero assistance.
Every time I asked for help, I was told "someone is coming"—this happened not once, not twice, but seven times! Finally, after more than 30 minutes, a guy showed up only to inform me that they do not cut drywalls. He mentioned that if it was done before, it was merely a courtesy. Seriously? How am I supposed to fit a huge drywall into my Honda Insight without cutting it down to size? It's common sense that a regular car cannot accommodate such a large item without some modification!
The nightmare didn't end there. I went to customer service hoping for a resolution, but Katia (or someone with a similar name, as I couldn’t note it down) gave me the same runaround. She claimed that all Home Depot stores have different policies and even different prices. That’s absurd! The only time I've seen different prices is during special store promotions. Otherwise, prices are consistent across all Home Depots in Wilmington.
This store clearly lacks proper customer service and coordination. The experience left me extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. It's unacceptable that I had to waste so much time only to be told that the basic service I needed wasn't available. I will think twice before returning to this Home Depot. They need to seriously improve their service and provide clear, consistent information to their customers.

Spent thousands at this Home Depot through the course of my home renovation. However I’ve always had problems trying to buy tools there. I bought some online, and that led to problems at pickup. Tried buying them in store, and that led to a 30 minute wait while the employees ran around trying to find whoever had the keys. But that’s okay I’m a very patient person and I didn’t mind.
Today, I was in there grabbing a tool for yard work and I saw the units I wanted just above the displays. I’m 6’3” so I grabbed them and went on my way. After getting everything else I needed I decided I could just borrow something of my dads instead of buying so I walked back to put the tool back on the shelf.
The employee standing there proceeded to scold me like a child and although she was assertive and not outwardly agressive, she insisted that “I could’ve gone to jail for getting the tools off the shelf”. I’ve never stolen a damn thing in my life so it sucked to be scolded like this. I listened calmly and agreed. But she insisted on telling me don’t do that don’t do that. It turns out I wasn’t aware that I had two of the same item taped together. She certainly made a show of huffing and puffing about that. So I finally just walked away.
Honestly, just go to Christiana where they don’t lock up everything. It’s easier, and you don’t have to deal with angry employees who (apparently) have law degrees.

Went in looking to buy a Washer and Dryer. Mark the sale associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking at some of the lower end models. After going over somethings with Mark I was able to purchase a much nicer set at the same price. Even though I was a little early for the Memorial Day sales and promotions he was able to get approved for me so I didn’t have to wait a few days. So far I’m very happy with my Samsung washer and dryer.
Thanks again Mark

I had a bad experience today. I bought a 4x8 sheet of OSB to be delivered to curbside pickup. I called up the store and asked if it could be cut into 3-in by 8 ft strips. She said that they could not do that. I asked if she could at least cut it in half so that it would be 24 in by 8 ft and she said they could do that. I drove to the store and waited 45 minutes and then they cut it into two 48-in by 48-in pieces which is exactly what I didn't want. Now I will have to cut splints in order to make the 4-ft long pieces into 8 ft long pieces requiring extra screws and wood and possibly plan changes or just having to come back and buy another $21 sheet of plywood that is cut the way I need it. Very upsetting :(
