They're always helpful when I need some assistance in the store. I've also tried their pickup service and that's good for anyone who doesn't want to go into the store or who has a heavy order like mulch.

I stood at the register in the garden center waiting for help. I saw four employees, one walked past me. nobody offered to help. I left what I was going to buy by the register and left. Employees need better training.

Home Depot has treated me in the worst way. I purchased a washer and dryer set 3 WEEKS AGO, with the promise that it would be delivered 2 WEEKS from then on Monday. Sunday night no call to tell me a delivery window. I call that night and am told it is rescheduled to the following Thurday with no explanation why. Very frustrated with the contractors that Home Depot works with, we've had way too many issues. About a year ago we had our washer installed and they didn't clamp the hose correctly and it flooded our basement and it took us almost 4 months to get that resolved. Now bought a gas range and it was supposed to be installed last Friday by a plumber contracted by Home Depot. Called them when they didn't show, had to call again because they never called us back to tell us what was going on but found out the van broke down. Fair enough things happen. But would have liked a call. Then they reschedule delivery for Monday. Called at 3:30 which they were supposed to be here between 11:30-3:30, they tried to call the warehouse which was again a contractor, no answer so they said they would will call us back. Two hours later called them again since no call back and the plumber left for the day and never even mentioned the fact that they never showed up for our install. We were 5th on the list. So now hoping they actually show up tomorrow. I really hope that original plumber gets at least a warning if not more. We will never ever order an appliance that needs installation from them again. Four hours on the phone between the two days, total incompetence and I have no trust in Home Depot anymore

I wish I could give this place 0 stars!!! They are scammers with carpet installation prices and the customer service was horrible! They over charged me and refuse to fix it! I paid $3000 for carpet installation and they left my OLD carpet sitting on my front lawn! I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE! The manager (Jenn) was no help at all! I spoke with a sales associate name niyah who was more helpful then the manager! Very disappointed! I will never get any other service done from here again! This store should be ashamed ripping people off and taking their hard earned money! I hope corporate has more to offer, because I will not recommend Home Depot to anyone else ever again!

I bought a shed on Saturday 6-27, it was supposed to be delivered today 7-3. I waited all day and it never showed. I called to find out if it was just running late and was told that it was cancelled on 7-1 because they dont have 1 to give me. I got NO phone call or NO email to let me know it was cancelled. To make this an even crappier situation now to get my money back I have to go to the store tomorrow. Thanks Home Depot, you've officially lost me as a customer.

I had a bathtub and shower walls delivered on Tuesday(yesterday). Today when my plumber was here, we unpacked everything and the main shower wall was cracked. I called Home Depot expecting the worst. Both the young woman who answered the phone and the manager Jen were very helpful. The girl who answered walked back to verify they had another set of walls and Jen got a supervisor to bring me a new unit within two hours of my call and I was able to get it installed. Well done HD!

I was going to but much but was afraid I couldn't get them in the car. I was told if I purchased to go outside and staff would put them in my car. I went out and the two employees smoking sat by and watched me struggle putting them in the car. The bags were almost as big as me. They say I should have asked them. I didn't feel I should have to request someone to do their jobs, especially people who don't want to. So if you are a small woman and told you would get help, don't depend on it.
