“I was very impressed by the fact that the agent himself called me to inquire about my dissatisfaction concerning Allstate's billing procedure for policy renewals.Has Allstate considered that many senior citizens such as my husband and I are not comfortable with these modern ways of paying bills. We prefer to pay by check as we have done for over 50 years.
