Amazing service! I had a tire that needed replacement last night, and they were able to fix it as early as 10 am. today! My tire is quite unique, and they were able to acquire the exact one the same day.

Over the last decade and a half I've brought all cars I've own here. But, the quality of service has gone down tremendously. They always seem to be understaffed and unorganized now. Took 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment while walk-ins were given priority. Management offered nothing but excuses.

We had the best experience possible with the crew at Just Tires on Christiana Road. They stayed late on a Sunday to help troubleshoot an issue with my daughter’s tire. Nelly was especially helpful and made certain all issues were resolved. I am so thankful for their expertise and kindness.

I absolutely Recommend this Just Tires. Zachary always goes above and beyond on his service, knowledge, and expertise. Absolutely amazing! Even Miguel at the front is just as wonderful. Even when they're busy I see these two always working hard and doing there best to get everyone taken care of promptly and efficiently. Absolutely Stellar! I will be back for sure!

Came to change one of my tires last week and my tpms sensor stopped working after the change. Mike and Zack were very nice to talk to but they decided they’d not take responsibility for it. The only way they said they would was if the sensor was bouncing around. I have my own training tool and I checked it right before and it was working… I can’t prove they broke it 100% because I’d have to take the tire off and have to build evidence to prove it. They said the battery must have died after the change but I know it wasn’t because the sensor is only a year old. Unfortunately, my business is over with them, this is the second time that it happened… The first time I paid for a new sensor change elsewhere. I thought I’d give them another chance but they broke it again. Can’t trust these guys handling my tpms sensors. Sadly, they lost a customer. Also, they charge for a new $12.5 stem valve that they don’t even put on…

Zach is very friendly and professional when I come and get my oil changed on my car. When I came to the shop and got my brakes fixed he let me know about other things that needed to get fixed on my car as well. Zach is very knowledgeable and patient that care about his customers. I love bringing my car to just tires.

My first visit to this shop was for a nail in my tire. The nail was removed and tire was repaired. I decided to go back for oil change. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Very happy with the service both visits. Will definitely return for future service.
