We recently switched to using Keen for our compressed gas needs. One of the very few family-owned businesses that operates its own calibration-grade ISO-certified fill and modern manufacturing facility to this caliber - that alone is impressive to say the least. This location is their main plant, and we are happy driving an hour when we need something - because this location has everything you would need (though their other locations are great as well, and there are no shortages of delivery options). Wonderful staff and service, knowledgeable and helpful all around. No regrets at all so far!

I love this place the staff is always friendly and engaged with the customers making sure you have a great experience will shopping with Keen Compressed ⛽️ ! I truly appreciate their knowledge and skill set it keeps me coming back a customer for life I drive across the bridge from Jersey to Delaware for my compressed gas needs.

I can’t say enough about the staff at Keen!!!! Julie helped me get pricing on a new welder and also found the machine I wanted and I should have it in a week or so. Julie has been in the welding supply business for 30 years plus. Also they have a big inventory of welding supplies and equipment. Also Kevin and Jimmy at the sales counter are very helpful and always friendly!!! Everyone I encountered at KEEN COMPRESSED GAS CO. Have been great I been in a lot of welding supply places and KEEN at new castle ave Delaware store has tons of supplies.
ALSO MY BULLDOGS AUGIE AND GIGI WERE ALLOWED IN THE STORE ?????????
So if you need welding supplies go to KEEN!!! ?????????

Not super helpful over the phone. At least they were up front about following the bare minimum of Covid-19 precautions at the New Castle, DE location."Yeah I'm not wearing a mask. I pretty much let people do whatever they want."

They have always been wonderful with our orders and deliveries to my lab at the University of Delaware. Very helpful on the phone and the deliveries are always when they say. – We have deadlines and needs and they really understand . They are also really helpful when deciding on purity of gas, I never know what to choose.

Great service and great citizens! I asked to exchange two CO2 tanks without any personal contact due to my COVID-19 high risk. The sales team responded perfectly. It was so refreshing to deal with people who take this situation seriously and are sympathetic to those of us who are vulnerable. And besides, the gas and equipment are certified safe and the price is right. Many thanks!
