Staff are excellent and hardworking but the waiting is long because they only have two staff who work the reception as well as take the blood tests . Profits before people service is what corporate greed has become . Can’t blame the staff who are working their socks off . Will go elsewhere next time

Great service and staff! I know I seen the negative reviews expecting the worst but it was actually a good experience and was in and out of the facility.

The wait is very long to get the tests done. I arrived with my daughter at 7:30 and it's 9:01 and we're not even waiting yet. The employees are inside and they don't call anyone.

Customer service sucks. My 80 year old mother had a stool sample to provide. She and I were told to simply drop off. I do just that today and was told to check in with waiting room full at 6:45 am and I have to go to work. Extremely pissed off!!

I was seen before my appointment time and the staff had me in and out in a matter of minutes. Will definitely come back.

This is not my normal office, I normally go to the Glasgow location. However, this was the only back up choice. I arrived 15 mins early than scheduled appointment and the staff was very slow. Mind you I am fasting for my blood work. This is definitely my first and last visit for the sake of distance.

The lady working was extremely rude from the moment we stepped in the door. She consistently provided 1 or 2 word sentences. It was very clear that she did not want to be at work because she was slamming/throwing stuff around. Then during my blood test she, I feel on purpose, hurt me by pulling the needle out sideways. I currently have a 1.5 inch wide bruise on my arm. She also drew the blood from a spot that no other person in my 30 years of life has ever chosen to draw blood from. She should not be in this line of work if she is going to take her personal frustrations out on strangers. I wanted to post a picture with this review but it will not let me. Please, go to any other location.
*edit to update* the bruise is now 3 inches wide. I've had it looked at by a few RNs who all said there is no way this was done by accident. She's either highly incompetent or unprofessionally taking her personal issues out on patients.

Stay away go to any other labcorp honestly this place is the worst fire all employees rehire please not just front desk everywhere. Let's start front desk man and big woman she is the rudest human being I have ever come in contact with super unhelpful meanest person and I got there first thing when they opened so did she even have time to get in that bad mood. Then let's talk about blood work the lady cannot seem to find veins what the hell is wrong with her like I am too traumatized to ever go back. The guy is not as mean really just not helpful or knowledgeable gave wrong information because apparently they hire incompetent people they know nothing nothing not even simple things. still all are horrible never coming back oh and they don't answer questions worst ever experience. I am telling EVERYONE I know never go here I hope they hire new people or close. I have never been mean and honestly she got me so to the brink of turning to a Karen when she was mean to me but I have alot going on. Please ? pick another location especially if you don't want blood everywhere and bruises or treated badly were you leave and cry.

Usually I have an excellent experience with getting my blood drawn here - the phlebotomists usually listen to me about needing tighter tourniquets due to extensive scar tissue in my arms (4.5 years of anaphylactic reactions that happened multiple times a week) plus smaller veins and that if you have to go digging, you will almost never get my vein and only cause me pain. The phlebotomist yesterday who did my blood work did not listen - even told me I didn't know what I was talking about (most of what I said I was told by MULTIPLE phlebotomists or was based on painful experiences). She didn't get the tourniquet tight enough on the first try, so she didn't get it when first inserting - Mistake number 1. She then proceeded to go digging in the arm, causing me pain - Mistake number 2. My veins roll so you will only get them on the first shot, or if you go digging, you usually blow the vein if you do get it. Next, she goes in the other arm, digs again, and while she did get blood, I believe she blew the vein because even with pressure, it has bruised severely and the area of the bruise is painful - which usually means she infiltrated the vein or blew it, while getting the blood - depending on the location and severity of the second vein puncture, you can sometimes get blood. This was mistake 3. My husband thinks someone grabbed me/assaulted me, and bruised my arm. She was also well above my elbow by over an inch and a half... I thought lab corps phlebotomists weren't supposed to go that far up the arm? Overall, not satisfied with the most recent visit. I am also not able to update my account to my married name and cannot review any results for any labs ordered under my married name. It says you can do it online but when you go to edit details, it says it's not editable! I even offered my marriage license and they still did not update my name in the system or add it to the account at least!

Would seem that 6:30 open means sometime after 630.. I am here early so I can be on time to my current employer. Location still closed...

Have always had a positive experience at the Cherry Lane Labcorp. Everyone is friendly and professional, and the phlebotomists are magicians - never any pain! That's a major plus in my book.

Go to another labcorp. This one is extremely poorly run.
I "scheduled" myself for an 8:15am appointment, and didn't leave until 9:05am; I scheduled myself 9 days in advance according to *their availability, but they obviously cannot accommodate.
If you *have to go to this location: tread softly with the lady at the front desk; she's more temperamental than my 5 year old. Try to work solely with the gentleman; he's actually very kind.

Waste a time schedule appointment but still was sitting there waiting for over an hour and still didn't get nothing done.
