I’m not even sure where to start. I went in to get my number transferred to a new phone. Before I even walked in I was confused because I saw no one behind the counter. Upon entering a man swiftly popped up from underneath the service counter. A little startling but nothing crazy. Yet. He asks me what I came in for and I tell him i have a phone w an eSIM and need my number transferred. He then proceeded to ask me again what I have come in for. I tell him again and everything is going fine for an about 10 minutes. He then asks me if I am a fashion model. I tell him no and say thank you. He keeps bringing this up a few more times but at this point I’m just trying to get what I came here for. A few uncomfortable silent minutes goes past, we pay the $27 transfer fee and this is where things get uncomfortable, unprofessional and down right weird. He looks me dead in my eyes and asks “so what are you going to pay to me for helping you?” I laugh this off as I don’t think English is his first language and could have been translated poorly as a light hearted joke. He does not laugh. He continues asking what I’m going to pay him personally (after already paying the stores fee) and I kept laughing it off because 1. He had both of my phones on his side of the counter still and 2. I couldn’t understand what he could possibly mean. I’ve never heard of tipping your cell phone service provider store associates. All around uncomfortable and weird experience.

Zero customer service
Zero anything that has to do with anything you should just shut this location down for good an save people from wasting there time and gas

Worst service went in to switch to metro and get their promotion of the iPhone 11 and they made me buy phone cases in order for them to get me the promotion, they didn’t explain anything about what plan I was going to be on they where more worried about making a sell … contacted metropcs and was told they are not allowed to make you buy other stuff in order to get the promotion don’t fall for it call metro pcs if they trying to make you buy other stuff to get the promotions

This store has—a rude, cocky, and disrespectful salesperson. I don’t know why corporate puts up with these people reading other reviews, too. Metro by T-Mobile is going down to hell for these reckless people. We have already switched to AT&T for better service and professional customer service. We would never go back to this business.

If I could give zero stars I would! You have got the most disrespectful sales woman on earth! Rude, ignorant, downright abusive and too busy vaping! We went to see KC Lee at a different one and explained our needs and he was so kind as well as courteous! Funny when we explained what happened he said a lot of people come in and have been to that particular store and have the same complaints! Using profanity is just disgusting! I’ll be calling corporate to alert them to whom they franchise to! Brand standard severely lacking! Visit date 10/22 530PM. We didn’t get rude until she did! When we left and she was still screaming and hurling insults which we could hear through the door! DO BETTER! Smfh!

Metro phone store at the Penn Mart Shopping Center in New Castle Delaware and The woman there was very rude and did not pay any attention to my request and did not answer my inquiries . She should be fired

Employee Amy (fat short indian) doesn't know shyt about her job. I came in for a free tablet offer for $15 a month and Amy just couldn't do her job even when she switched tablets bc she just didn't want to give me what I wanted from the beginning and the girl working tonight with her was super ghetto (white or Hispanic with dry fluff hair) extremely rude

The WORST authorized dealer in the state of DE! The clerks are dishonest, disrespectful, and unhelpful (lazy). They're not knowledgeable of the products they sell, and some of their merchandise is defective. Avoid the Metro PCS at all cost! Save yourself the headache and frustration!

My wife was totally disrespected by an employee at metro in Newcastle today in Penn Mart shopping center he was told she had asked that she could not understand him underneath his mask and then he proceeded to tell her do you use profanity towards her and everything else I'm changing my phone service from there I'm no longer be a customer there and I'll be stopping by there tomorrow to change my account right from out of there anyway something needs to be done about this guy I want him fired or suspended with no pay totally disrespected my wife

SCAM ALERT! Scammed me out of about $100 and refused to fix it. I added two lines, flip phones, and refused to give me the plan I wanted for them, claiming they couldn't use the features. The only plan they were willing to give me was 20 more a month on the total bill compared to what I wanted. A few months later, I was looking at one of the two flip phones, and realized they do have the ability to use the features. I went up there and refused to credit the $100 they scammed. Why? Apparently the employee that did it was fired and couldn't confirm that it happened!
