I recently visited this store to buy a new mobile, and the experience was fantastic. Minny was the salesperson who helped me, and she was incredibly helpful and professional. She took the time to explain all the available options and even told me about some special promotions going on. Thanks to Minny, I was able to get a free phone through one of their deals, which was such an awesome surprise. She made sure I understood everything about the plan and answered all of my questions patiently. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and had a very friendly atmosphere. Minny’s honesty and knowledge really made the whole process stress-free for me. I’m extremely happy with my new phone and the service I received. I’ll definitely be coming back to this store whenever I need anything in the future. Huge thanks to minny.

I've had some true complicated issues with my account here, and over the last few months, the girl who works all most every single time I have been in the store for over 3 years now... That's a total of 36 months of my phone and Wi-Fi service and every single month I go in to pay my account, AND SHE'S THERE.... I SWEAR I DON'T EVEN KNOW HER NAME!! BUT EVERY TIME I HAVE TO GO IN.... SHE IS PLEASANT, WELL SPOKEN, QUITE HELPFUL AND VERY UNDERSTANDING OF HOW TO DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC WITH A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND peace keeping frame of mind. Especially since the last 3 months I had some really difficult issues with which I was coming into the store and dropping in her lap and asked for her to HELP ME PLEASE..LOL...BEAUTIFUL SENSE OF EMPATHY FOR YOUR situation , regardless, HOW DIFFICULT,SHE LITERALLY SAVED MY LIFE AND HELPED ME FEEL LESS ANXIETY ABOUT HOW SHE COULD HELP ME AND MAYBE AFTER ALMOST 20YEARS OF FAITHFUL DEVOTION TO METRO PCS......ON TIME PAYMENT YEARS AFTER YEARS?? ITS HARD TO BELIEVE THAT CUSTOMERS LIKE ME ARE PAYING THE HIGHEST PRICES and I'm still walking around with my broken phone because with the yada yada...I can't afford a new phone unless I just automatically switched to a new company and then get a free phone and bang, bang, boom! After I can't afford that one take my number and go right back to Metro,and get another Free phone...I have watched so many people do it exactly like that,and they're always walking around with a new phone. I been at Metro for 2 decades ,and I truly need to feel the appropriate way of gratitude from Metro. My phone is3 yrs old AND broken, so... hey you Metro!! You got this glowing review about my favorite young lady that works for you I've seen her in there at least 3imes a week for a long time now.i hope this finds her and brightens her day... Thank you for all your help with my account recently.you were awesome 👍 🤗😉😁

The customer service here was great! A few weeks ago after going to 5 different store I finally ended up here. Already walking in with low expectations I was very pleased when the rep went above and beyond for me and my family. I went in with 2 lines paying $80 a month. When I walked out I had 5 lines and a monthly bill I am more than happy with. Thank you for everything you’ve done for me and my family. I definitely recommend this store for anyone looking for great customer service.

As a customer for a couple years I have decided to leave. Service is in and out depending on which room of my house I'm in. Customer service is horrible no help with issues at all. App has too many bugs....was in autopay and first month over charged me , a refund would take up to 4 weeks. Never received refund they credited my next month. No loyalty to customers or respect for them
