I love this place and won't go anywhere else for a car. I've been looking for a car for approximately 8 months and noone would approve me due to my credit, not even the places on the radio who swear they approve everyone even if God cant. I tried them all. I went to New Castle Motors this morning and David told me to pick the cars I liked and he would figure it out. He came back in 5 mins with a list of cars I could test drive. The staff was amazing and they jump through hoops to get you what you want or need. I left with the car I wanted and I don't know how they made that happen but they did. They got me a car so they can get anyone a car. They even gave me insurance numbers to call when the insurance companies would not approve me. David said he would make it happen and he did. I wish I knew about this place a long time ago. I was there dealing with different insurance companies before they gave me companies to call and I witnessed all the staff there doing everything to make sure the customers left in cars. You can't leave without meeting David or Larry. Honestly the whole staff was so welcoming and helpful. They really want you to leave in the car you want and I didn't once feel like it was about money like every other car place. I felt like they just want to help and make people happy. Love love love this place! Love u Larry and thank you so much David for literally being the only person who said they would get me into a car an did! Wherever you go for a car just at least stop at New Castle Motors first just see what they have. They will work with you and get you in the car if you want it.

Great customer service! I’m now the proud owner of a beautiful Nissan Murano that runs great. It was a quick and painless process. Everything was explained in detail and they made sure I understood as a MD resident that I would need to get it inspected in MD. My cars warranty is a bonus and adds peace of mind to purchasing a used vehicle. Highly recommend New Castle Motors and will refer them to everyone in the market for a new car!!

Mr Dave was very helpful, walked me through the entire process. They worked with me for the down payment with my new car. Very professional. Very responsive and helpful. The staff know what they are doing and they take pride in helping to make sure every customer is satisfied. 10/10 recommend you try them out if your looking for a decently priced good car.

Very satisfied customer! I was approved and in my new car in a matter of days. These guys all went above and beyond to make sure I was in the car I wanted with exceptional customer service. I've had my car almost two weeks now and its still purring like a kitten. The bonus was the warranty and knowing if anything happens I'm protected! Don't waste your time going any where else.

I purchased a car Exactly 3 months ago I called to let New Castle motors know that my transfer case was bad.Tanesha Perry advised me to call a repair shop to have the vehicle repaired under the warranty in which I understand. I told her that I was currently in Pennsylvania stuck without a vehicle to drive.I asked about a loaner car and she told me they do not do loaner cars.In the meantime I am stuck without a vehicle to drive.I have to pay to stay in a hotel. I live in Delaware. I called around to a few shops and all said the same,that particular part would have to be ordered. So the part could not be ordered until Monday and today is Saturday so you can understand my frustration. Tanesha Was not helpful. she stated she isn’t familiar with the area and she doesn’t know any mechanics and that I would just have to call around and find out and she said all of this with a non-caring and inconsiderate attitude. So I am now leaving my vehicle at the shop that I had it towed to and it will sit until Monday. And may not be fixed until Monday or Tuesday because mechanic advised it may take one or two days. I have no way to get to and from another location anyway. Tanesha also said that I shouldn’t trust the mechanic I had speak to her because his English wasn’t good. What does that have to do with someone who can work on cars?Bias…. Not only am I paying to stay at a hotel I am paying to eat out which is an inconvenience to my budget and not to mention I have to call off work for a couple days. I really think this situation could have been handled differently. Not one single apology was given through out our conversation. Very unhappy. Will never buy a car from this place again.

I didn’t have a leg to stand on and needed help getting my family into something safe and reliable. Against all odds, David, Monique and the rest of the staff did everything they could to make this work for us and we couldn’t be more grateful. I can rest easy knowing my fiancé, my son and our next one on the way will be safe in their Subaru. Thanks New Castle Motors for helping us move forward.

Didn’t even have the car for a year and the transmission blew and now I’m stuck with a bad car and high payments , I highly recommend you don’t go there you will regret it .

Buyer beware. They’re offering junk cars disguised as reliable operable vehicles. Check engine light and transmission gave me warnings in less than a week of purchase. They do not offer loaner cars during repairs. Not to mention they don’t clean or care for interior upon placing merchandise on the lot. I viewed and sat in two vehicles. Red Hyundai Sonata interior so dirty I didn’t bother test driving and a used fast food bag in another car. Monique was helpful during our sale but went ghost after I brought the cars issues to their attention. Save your money and shop around. Quality not quantity!

Very unprofessional and ghetto. The staff sits in the back of the office while their runner or front desk person goes back and forth with information. Unnecessary conversation going on while customers present and also profanity being used.

We brought a used car from here doing the warranty it had a problem something with the screen from the transmission and between the engine. We asked was the transmission getting ready to go up? The answer was no, guess what happened 2 months later the transmission went up we didn’t have the car for 5 months. I’m so glad we were in a safe place when it happened because it happened when I was driving. These people will sell you anything to make a dollar the want to sue for the rest of their money but everyone isn’t d**** That car was a lemon and I believe they knew it. Don’t trust them at all and they will get smart with you which unprofessional and trust I gave it right back. Please watch them with their buy here pay here.
