Nucar auto collision was excellent. Very knowledgeable employees and mechanics. I was kept up to date daily via text with progress, expected completion date. The repairs were flawless and they also went above and beyond by cleaning interior of the car.

They do great auto body work here, but their receptionist (I think her name is Melissa) has an absolutely HORRIBLE attitude. I can see now why multiple previous customers wrote bad reviews on here about her, and described her as being very racist and hostile towards black customers—because she was definitely that way towards me today for absolutely NO reason at all. Her being racist is not my problem—that is her problem.
I came in today to pay for my service and she was extremely rude and aggressive towards me from the moment I walked in the door. So much so that the person that I was on the phone with overheard her talking to me and was completely taken aback by her unwarranted rude, aggressive, and unprofessional behavior towards me.
Because of her actions today, I will be reporting her, and I am going to record my future interaction with her when I go back to pick up my vehicle, as I have a right to do, and I am not returning to this business anymore for service in the future-based on her rude, disrespectful, and despicable behavior.
She should be fired. She seems to hate her job anyway, and she clearly does not show any respect at all for customers of color that patronize this business just like everyone else. She is absolutely disgusting, and she will continue to make this business lose revenue in lost service in the future, as some people have previously reported that they decided not to do business with them at all based on her rude behavior towards them.

Exceptional service! Jay and his team took amazing care of us and our SUV after a tree fell on our car. They went above and beyond to repair everything and returned the car in mint condition. We were extremely impressed with their work. Thank you so much again!

Would love to rate them higher, but the communication was not what I would like it to have been. The only communication I got was from an automated system, so I was forced to pay for my rental car one more week than planned. The automated system sent me a text message stating the vehicle would be ready on Friday at 4 p.m., but when I got there, my vehicle was still being worked on. The shop is not open on the weekends, so I had to wait three more days. No one called to let me know that the estimated date I was giving they could not have it ready on that date. The work looks great, and I hope it holds up over time.

i was going to bring my car here but whoever answered the phone marissa or melissa one of the two made me change my mind COMPLETELY. "Nucar auto collision" not a hello not a how can i help you! If you're having a bad day you shouldn't take it out on customers or if you cant mask it you shouldn't work in customer service!! She was very rude and answered my questions very quick without much of any energy or explanation overall it wasn't welcoming and it steered me away from this collision center because if that's who i'd be stuck with I rather drive around with my bumper hanging at the end of the call i said okay thank you she said yup and disconnected the call. 0 stars for customer service

Had my wife’s 2020 KiaTelluride repaired here three times, Now had a crazy cut,cut and hole on my 2019 Cadillac Escalade Platinum was repaired and each and every repair and total service has been outstanding. If I ever need any other work done, I will be taking my vehicle to “ NUCAR AUTO COLLISION “ ??????????????????????

Nucor Collision made the repair process for my SUV which was a victim of a hit and run driver a very painless process! A very convenient, streamlined process with coordination of rental cars, etc. Great staff and one stop shopping, and we’ve used them a few times and their work is excellent! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I chose this body shop for my car, and it was my worst nightmare. They collude with the insurance Company to deny legitimate repairs. Please never chose this center for any of your repairs. They are bunch of criminals. They declare my vehicle un-drivable after I personally drove the car to their shop. A vehicle that was involved in high impact collision and affected the suspension system was never repaired. They replaced only the damaged bumper having to tow the vehicle from their premise to more competent shop (David Chrysler jeep Ram). Their receptionist is the racist/worst incompetent receptionist met so far. My vehicle was repaired at David and fully paid for by the insurance. Stay away from NUCAR.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I picked up my Rav 4 today and it looks fabulous! They even got my dogs fur vacuumed up and her nose prints off her window. Thank you Nucar. I will tell anyone I know that needs collision work to see you.Service: Auto detailing
