Working with Nucar Chevy was a wonderful experience! Kyle Luedke worked with me and made this experience very easy as a new buyer! He walked me through the entire process and explained it every step of the way. He created a very smooth and flawless process in buying a new car. Kyle was able to answer all of my questions and maintained great communication throughout the buying process! I highly recommend Nucar Chevy for any car buyer!

Everything was easy and quick. The Salesman Jacob Madden explained everything to me and the finance manager went over every detail. Will definitely do business with them again.

Honestly, took a long time for a scheduled appointment, scheduled 10:30 and didn't get my truck until noon!! plus didn't top off the fluids!! My windshield washer light came on two days later, that has never happen before!! 2 stars

I had a wonderful experience. My salesman was Larry Campbell and he is by far the best, most caring and sincere sales person I've ever dealt with. He is very courteous and thorough in the way he makes his presentation to his customers. I felt Nucar did a fantastic job and Larry Campbell knocked out of the park!!!! 6 STARS out of a possible 5!!!! Very nice experience.

My experience was top notch. My sales person was excellent, Kyle Luedke. The finance team was very slow that day. I was paying cash, so waiting hours for the finance paperwork was a like annoying.

Had fog lights installed and was supposed to be a 8 hour job turned into 2 days and still didn’t have working fog lamps. I was told the brand new kit had a bad wiring harness and one would have to be ordered. Waited a week and a half for a phone call. No communication that the new part had arrived. I had to call and check if the new one was in, it was. I wasn’t going to be inconvenienced again by dropping my truck off or make an appointment. I brought it in and waited another 2.5 hours to have the new wire harness installed that I was told would only be an hour. And then not to be offered any kind of discount for the inconvenience and lack of communication. This is the second time I’ve had a terrible experience here… lack of communication and very poor customer service/relations. Nucar has lost me as a customer whether it be a new vehicle or service

Purchased used car from this dealership yesterday. 5 stars for overall experience. Malcolm and the entire sales team has been professional in sale. Priced aggressive to sell and was able to get very price on my 2020 Lincoln Aviator. They typically close at 6PM but the whole team patiently waited until I finished up all the paperwork.

I went online and saw Nucar had the type of truck I wanted to purchase with full intentions of just starting to look,not to buy at this time . But because of Jacob Madden I ended up buying that day ? Jacob didn't push me into buying it . He has great disposition and I love for what he does. Listen to me and worked with me and brought the whole Nucar team together and now have a really nice truck in my driveway. Just wanted to thank everyone at Nucar and especially Jacob for the easy buying process.

I waited almost 3 hours for an oil change and attachment of wind deflectors because some part was missing, I was told it would be about an hour and a half when I checked into the service department. No one alerted me there was an issue but after 2 hours I asked. Was told it would be about 15 more minutes which was almost 40 minutes later. Asked for manager and he was in a meeting. Gave my info and waited next day for call. No call, so I called next night and left a message. Finally received a return call at 11AM. I will never take my car there for service again. Was offered free oil change that I refused. It is a matter of principle. Well trained employees are the key to exceptional customer service. The expectation falls to management to provide training not replace employees

Nucar was great. I stopped in on my lunch break and had a deal in writing within 15 minutes. Other dealerships we attempted to deal with can’t even compare to the experience we had at Nucar. Larry has earned my business for future car purchases for sure!

Our salesman was great, very helpful and personable. The price was ok, and it took quite a while to complete the purchase even though we were paying cash. This is our third vehicle purchased at Nucar and we will recommend them.

My Sales Rep ( Adrian) throughout the entire process was welcoming, honest, and informative. His expertise made the consumer feel at ease as to making a big purchase as such. My previous visit I was unhappy. The service manager contacted me by phone and all was straightened out. Part of this was my misunderstanding. My recent two visits were both excellent.
