It's been a couple of months since we got our mazda from Nucar.Although there was an initial misunderstanding about some options we chose and what was actually delivered, Christian was honest and open about them and promised that the hiccup would be ironed out soon. And he delivered.Warm and helpful staff overall. A delight to be doing business with.

This is the second time. I'm buying a car from Nucar. After the first experience I had I decided to go back and purchase another vehicle. I did not have the Same smooth experience I did during my first visit. There was a couple hiccups and a little bit of misunderstanding. I feel that Some things could have been handled differently. The salesman I dealt with his name was Alejandro. Alejandro was a phenomenal salesman. He did his job and did it well. By the end of our Interaction, it felt like I gained a new friend. I told him what I wanted and the price point I was at. He did everything he could to get me where I wanted to be. He exceeded my expectations. And went above and beyond. The sales manager I dealt with his name was Steve. Steve was very well spoken and very helpful. We had a few disagreements at times but overall, my experience dealing with Steve went pretty well. Steve tried his hardest to get me exactly where I wanted to be and he succeeded. After everything was said and done between Alejandro Steve and myself, it was at this point of the process to move on to the Finance. The finance guy I dealt with his name was Angelo. There was a little back-and-forth and quite a bit of misunderstanding During this process. By the end of my interaction with Angelo, he made sure my financing went with the company of my choosing and made sure all the paperwork was filed correctly. At first my overall experience was not the greatest. Then Mitch reached out to me. We discussed some of the misunderstandings that took place. Mitch did everything he could to make me a satisfied customer. He went above and beyond and by far exceeded my expectations, I would definitely go back for the purchase of my next vehicle.

Service does not answer or return phone calls. Bought tire and wheel warranty at another dealership so called Nucar to confirm before I brought my car for the replacement tire. No one answered so left a message and no one returned my call. Scheduled an appt online anyway and dropped it off. Received a call they can't find my warranty policy so now paying them to service it... Honestly I shouldn't have brought it here without confirming and shouldn't have left the service center in the morning without confirmation that they could not find the warranty policy but both me and my ride had to get to work. Ultimately though, if I would have received a call back to discuss I wouldn't have brought my car from Jersey and would have had it fixed locally for less time and money.

Pernell and Mario were extremely helpful and very professional. My entire experience at Nucar Mazda has been amazing. I will certainly be recommending family and friends to purchase their vehicles from Nucar Mazda.

We came to purchase a car due to mine suddenly braking down on me. As soon as we got to looking in the parking lot Jay Mikesell was there to greet us. He was very polite and helpful. He was there to answer any questions we had but also gave us space to talk it out before making the decision to purchase the car. He had answers for all of our questions. We had a couple issues with paperwork, but he never seemed frustrated and worked harder to get us what we wanted. Even after purchasing the car , when I call him with questions he’s right there to help. I would highly recommend Jay Mikesell. Ill definitely be coming back to see him when we need another car. Thank you Jay.

Awesome servicing here! They really take excellent care of your vehicle and treat you with the utmost respect...they have no problem explaining what they are doing and why without hesitation. They know their jobs and are proud of their work, I never will worry when I have to take my vehicle in for whatever needs to be done because I know my CX-5 is in the best hands.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! I saw a car online I liked at Nucar. After messaging back and forth, I took time out of an already busy schedule to go see it. I live an hour away. I had hoped they'd be considerate of that. I had seen a similar car in NY. I figured maybe they could match the deal I was offered or do even better. Since I'd seen the car listed for a while and it was still available. You'd think they'd wanna sell. Well I went in with limited time. I showed the the offer after getting ridiculously inflated numbers and a lowball trade. They said they would match the offer. However, the paperwork they brought over did not reflect that. The manager insisted they were matching prices. It was borderline insulting. I have 2 eyes, I can see. Numbers are numbers and they were completely different numbers. I pointed at the screen and said these are the numbers right here. Then proceeds to say he didn't know what car I was even looking at. When it said on the order exactly what car I was looking at. Exact pricing, exact payment... Clearly THEY were the blind ones. The fees were ridiculous too! It was a complete waste of time. The prices are inflated, fees, dishonesty and lack of respect. There are other dealerships. So many cars... Try your hand at going somewhere else. Also DO NOT bother reading the response from dealer. It's obviously an attempt to save their reputation. It's even more disrespectful to invalidate and apologize about an experience AFTER they get a bad review. Don't do damage control, respect people.

I went in to purchase a used car. The sales manager was extremely rude. Basically ripped up the paperwork in front of me because I was trying to negotiate $300 less on the deal. Trying to negotiate less because the car was being sold without a warranty. Literally left the dealership in tears because of his rudeness.

Very professional staff here, who greeted me as soon as I arrived. They're not too pushy with the sales, but obviously they have a job to do. We weren't able to come to an agreement on my trade value, but I haven't quite given up yet on further negotiations. The Mazda 3 they showed me is a beautiful car and my salesman was straight forward telling me about all the options and features the vehicle has. At the end of my visit the sales manager came out and thanked me for visiting and asked me to reach out again if I had any further questions or concerns.

Just purchased my car and the entire team at the Mazda dealership was amazing. They went above and beyond. They answered all my questions, helped me with everything, and were so kind and welcoming. Ryan was amazing. Ryan is who did all the paper work with me and helped me purchase the car. He was relatable and very helpful and kind. They even had a worker spend thirty minutes at the end showing me how to work my car, set it all up on my phone and went through every button. I was so taken back by how great Ryan and the entire team was. Thank you!

What can I say, other than this has been one of my best car buying experiences EVER! Salesperson Eddie was friendly, professional, calm and above all NOT PUSHY. Took my new car (also purchased at this location) for an oil change. Service was friendly, quick and they were able to do an update on the software without having to bring it in separately. Very professional. Would highly recommend.
