I was parked with my hazards on and parking pass visible as I had to run into the apartment to grab something .. within two minutes my car was hooked and gone. I had to call their office 4 times before I could get someone to answer to see when my car would be at their yard. They were super rude and nasty to me and informed me to come to the yard and the fee would be $300. $300 and the worst attitude ever (even though I was pleasant and gave no stink about their $300 tow fee) I realized my car had been scratched and they took zero ownership over it. Y'all need to do better.

Apparently contracted with USAA to provide roadside assistance, they were assigned to tow my car. After about an hour and a half of waiting for them to show up, I called them directly, and found out that since they hadn't gotten all the information they wanted, they just decided not to do it.Which would probably have been less irritating had they bothered to *tell anyone* that they weren't going to do it, because USAA assumed that they were en route for that whole period. So be aware, if you get assigned this company and they decide they need more information (bear in mind that when I called up and identified myself, the dispatcher knew who and where I was, so I'm not sure what information they were missing), they may just leave you hanging for two hours and screw you out of getting your car towed in anything remotely resembling a timely fashion.

FIRST of all, what a name for 2 females for what they claim is a “reputable” business. Area is shady, there is truly no real “office” to step in to, worst attitudes I have ever dealt with, and NO OUNCE of professionalism. In my honest opinion, they are nothing but a scam that shares profit with the apartment complex they work with since it’s “CASH ONLY”. Pretty sure they also “serve” the NCC Police since they waste no time to call them to help with so called “trespassers” AKA the ride for a family member who had her car erroneously towed. I will certainly be looking into this so called business further because it has FRAUD written ALL over them!!Disclaimer: they deserve negative stars but I had to pick one to post this

I have called this company on 3 different occasions for someone parked in the fire lane, blocking the handicapped ramp into our apartment . My mother is in a wheelchair. Each time we were told someone would be dispatched. Last time we waited 50 mins in the cold rain waiting on Pink Hookers only to call Wilmington Police and their tow truck show up in 10 mins! Haven’t seen this company come through the complex and tow all the cars parked in the fire lane since April!! My complex is now looking for other companies.

Our car was towed from Colony North Apartments☹️ They work together with the apartment complex to get cars towed and they split the money ? Their signs mislead visitors who are visiting someone and confuse them about where visitors should park. We went and got our car back the next morning as soon as they opened and we were charged $300. Mind you the car was towed at like 2am and we were there to pick it up as soon as they opened ?, 7 hours and they charged $300!!! That's so ridiculous!!! Not only that but I heard from numerous friends that they also work together with Harbor House Apartments also????

This is a bad company and the people working there have no customer service experience. They are a 24/7 company but do not answer the phone as agreed to make sure cars are not towed overnight. They will tow your car regardless and only take cash payments and they do not apologize for the inconvenience.

I had a great experience w/ Pink Hookers Towing in north carolina. I got stuck at a gas station on an early Saturday evening and they were gracious enough to do a long haul tow from the area I was in to my mechanic shop. The driver (Kymari? Not sure of the spelling) was so nice and fun to talk to on the long-ish ride. I appreciated that after dropping off my car at the auto body shop, he waited with me for my Uber ride to arrive since it was nighttime in a fairly desolate location. The price was reasonable and he was very professional and handled my car with care. I'd definitely recommend this company!

Worst tow company ever. Liars, schemers, and greed is the best way to describe this awful business. Myisha as the owner, you need to do better and fix up. Unacceptable.

This company is contracted to tow for my apartment complex. They advertise that they are open 24 hours a day. They also advertise they take credit cards. They LIE!!! I have had cars parked in my reserved parking space no less than 7 different times. I have called this company each time. One time, the woman who answered sounded like she was either drunk or high and stated she didn't know if they had a contract here. Another time, they were too busy. And another, they would be here in 30 minutes but never showed. Two times, there was no answer to repeated attempts and tonight there was a recording saying their number was restricted. I have also learned from people whose cars have been towed that the charges are obscenely high and they do NOT take credit cards.

Very ignorant people they illegally towed my car in front of my apartment building. My car is also registered by tag and sticker to the complex. I even had them talk to the rental office and the rental office told them that the car is also registered here and they still charge me $740, they have their own rules outside of their contracts with apartment complexes. Also they don't take credit cards which is shady because that means people money can't really be tracked. Very ghetto customer service! They also damaged my front end suspension. These guys are crooks.

Explain to them that my car is registered by tag and sticker. I wouldn't recommend them to pick my bicycle up also, there's no for damaging cars when they are towing them so I suggest if you love your car go elsewhere even if it's more least you know you won't be getting taken advantage of

They really came through for me when my daughter was in an accident. The driver was very good at what he does and made the process easy. Didn’t have to wait to long considering our insurance company was gonna make us wait about 3 hours.Service: Car towing
