PF Penn Mart is decent and clean. The staff are nice and answer questions with knowledge. Equipment looks taken care of.

Very comfortable in my skin working out. Most days gym is not crowded and people are friendly at front desk. I actually canceled my membership amd wanted to keep it but was told i would have to get a whole new one even though my cancelation day is tomorrow and my husband got his reversed.

The man at the counter did not come across as friendly. He was too busy trying to look like he was hard. Thank God I have the black card. I will just go to another planet fitness. Customer service is huge to me and I did not feel welcomed. I've been to many planet gyms before and all were friendly and inviting except for this one.

The Planet Fitness in New Castle is awesome. The staff are kind and helpful and the facility is always clean. Best gym ever.
