I went to this branch to open a business bank account for my business. I currently have a bank account in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, but since I open a new branch in Delaware, I figure I open a new account there I called PNC over the phone and asked him. What do you need to open the account so I make sure I had everything that was needed to open an account when I got there all of a sudden I needed three or four additional pieces of information. Ernest Johnson told me I need all this other stuff that was not mentioned to me. Phone even after I got the additional information that he wanted, he wanted more information by this time. I was tired of going back-and-forth with him so I left. I was able to open the account but just before I was told I have everything that I need to open the account. I decided I did not even want to do business with PNC Bank altogether. My experience with Ernest Johnson was horrible. I do not recommend anyone opening the account account there or doing business with PNC This is just my opinion, but you can go there and experience the horrible service yourself. Your call.!

I live in Middletown and this the only branch I'll go too when I have a issue they Middletown branch is full of racism

Over the years of being with PNC I have had my ups and downs and honestly I don't like banking with them. I cant understand if your account is over why charge $36 if I didn't have the money before why hit me when this fee. Calling customer I can say has always been nice over the 10 years I have been banking with them. As we move into the New Years I think am going to start looking around.

ATMs never work and are ALWAYS out of service. This is the only branch near me for about 10 miles so its a huge inconvenience. I've gotten overdraft fees from rushing around trying to find a working atm to deposit money before 10pm, because this branch's atm's were not working per usual. Honestly... shut this place down; they're inconsistent & unreliable. If I could drop PNC entirely, I would.

I have been banking here for more then ten years and visited here Saturday to get a paperwork notarized and she explained what they don’t notarized didn’t pertain to me so after she read my paperwork oh I can’t notarized it they have strict guidelines of what we can and can’t sign I said I get it thanks.

I do not recommend PNC bank. I walked in at 430 pm to open a new bank account they close at 5 pm they told me they can't do it because they close at 5 pm. So I call m&t bank not only did they open a bank account for me they took me in 10 mins before they closed had me in and out in 10 mins max it took them. Must be nice to turn down money I guess PNC bank has enough customers. Another thing I wanted to mention PNC did not have customer in the office so they had time to open a account.
