I needed my new stove converted to propane I called Poore's (I am a customer) I set up an appointment for today for the morning. When no one showed up I called and they said somehow my appointment got kicked out of the system. They said they could reschedule for Monday 7/7/25 today is Wednesday 7/3/25, I explained that I have a lot of cooking to do for this Saturday. I was put on hold and Katherine came back and said someone would be here today. The gentleman. Mario, came to install the new stove, he was so nice, courteous, professional and down to earth. I called to express my gratitude to Poore's propane and Mario (make sure you keep Mario). I highly recommend Poore's Propane, they definitely go above and beyond for their customers!!!!!!!!

I have been a customer for 23 years and am very satisfied with the company. Also, when I was paying my bill today with Valerie she told me about the contest to win 1000 dollars. When I opened link while I'm at work on short break sitting on picnic table a bird decided to bless me with dropping his pooh on my shoulder. Lol
