Worst forwarder ever, zero respect to their customers, they took three working days to add my shipment and another 3 days to ship, i absolutely do not recommend. Very un-flexible also and they always find a way to blame their customers for their own mistakes. I absolutely do not recommend, steer clear from the horrible forwarder.

They have introduced another custom clearance fee for several items which could mount to $100 even if the item's value is $10. If you don't agree to the fee you they don't allow to ship the item. They are taking several weeks to add the package in the account. They don't acknowledge the receipt of items instead tell you to contact the seller.

I have been dealing with them for 4 years, they provide highly reliable serviceTo follow up on the shipment with them, I communicate with customer service via WhatsApp within a reasonable period of time, despite the time difference.

The worst service ever .. poor customer service.. delay in response, no phone calls answered.. they don’t recognize that time is the most important factor in such service ..Proof of delivery is provided and they deny receipt.. I’m changing them to a better reliable service providerMy Advice do not ship with them
