First of all great customer service! And as a woman, I was a little unsure about certain auto details, but Luis took care of me like his Auntie! He made sure everything with my car was good for me to get back-and-forth to work. He called and did follow-ups, when I needed additional repairs he sent me to a mechanic that was nearby my home, and even sent me an email and a text on my birthday! Whenever someone tells me they need a car, I tell them to go to Prado. He’s my dude!

I have purchased both my cars from Prados within the last 8 years and I’ve loved the experience each time. Both my parents and my brother have purchased from here too. You get a quality car and you support a local dealer. Lu has made this a family and friends business, both his so sons, wife, and daughter help with the company. He helped me get the lowest rates and worked w what little money I had for a down payment and I’ve never been happier. Both my ford focus AND my current Toyota RAV4 were/are amazing. Will forever do business here and recommend my friends and family to them. ♥️

My family and I have purchased a total of 4 cars from Prado and every experience has been great. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and actually care about their customers. They went out of their way to help us with every question we had and every concern about any of the cars we got. We know that when you buy a used car you never know what you are going to get, but these guys do the best job I have seen with picking out what they put on their lot!!! I recommend this place to anyone I know who is looking for a new to them ride, and trust them enough to put my wife and son into cars from them.
