-Beware of the finance guy, he will rob you with a smile on his face -I ordered a car back in January, I was told the earliest they could get the vehicle was late Aug early Sept. With that being said Neil did an amazing job of finding me a car even though it was a nicer model that cost a bit more money than what I wanted to spend. This review has zero reflection on Neil.So initially when I placed the order interest rates were 1%-3%. By the time I got the car they were a whooping 7%. So now not only am I spending more money for a car but I'm also paying more in interest. What a huge disappointment, it definitely left me with a below average experience.More importantly, beware of the finance guy, boy did he try to take me for a ride. $3650 for a bumper-to-bumper extended warranty, I though wow, things got even more expensive. I end up going to another dealership and boom, the extended warranty cost me $1638.00 for a better warranty than the one he was selling me at Price Toyota and yes, it's the same company that Price Toyota uses.Immediately I called to cancel, he said, what if I take $1,000 off, wow, why would you have a 1k mark up? What he did was shameful and predatory! Thank God I was able to cancel after finding out I had been held up without gun.In closing I absolutely love the car! I'm glad I do because I'll be paying that 7% until I can refi later for a better rate. I hope this review helps the next guy/girl on their purchase. If someone would have left it, it would have definitely helped me.

Told my wife the rear brakes are in need of immediate attention, the pads are in the red. Wanted 400 to turn the rotors and install new brake pads.Her 2017 Camry does not have a brake pedal vibration. The service manager was asked to provide pictures, since I was out of town. The pictures couldn't be any more obscure (first and second pictures). I replaced the pads myself and found that the pads in the car still had at least 50% life remaining (third picture).If this is not a scam then what is?

Charlie was SOOO helpful! We won’t work with anyone else! We’ve never experienced someone so kind, patient and knowledgeable when purchasing a car before. On top of that, the car he found for us is amazing. It’s everything we were looking for and more! The whole process was smooth and easy.

The staff at price Toyota are very professional, friendly. And knowledgeable. Jillian and another technician who serviced me on my previous visit were very helpful and took care of my needs and I felt comfortable asking her questions. They could give classes on customer service.

The new lady that just started at Price Toyota named Jillian was awesome! I love her energy, willfulness to help and such a high-spirited person. Keep her for a long time she is going to make the company there in New Castle reputable. People love when someone is cheerful and happy to work and help you take care of your needs. Good job.

They always do a fantastic job of keeping my car in great running shape. Everyone at the service center is always wonderful and helpful. But again I didn't get the free car wash. I didn't get it 6 months ago because the machine was down and this time they forgot, I paid for that service and am sad that it wasn't done. I know its a small thing but I was looking forward to a clean car.

I went to this service center because it’s where I purchased my vehicle and it was making a weird noise. They originally told me the diagnostic was $155, so I approved it. After; they told me I only needed brakes and rotors and that they would “work with me on the cost of the diag since I didn’t really need it” .. I approved the brakes and rotors which were priced at $517 each. I approved it because the service tech basically scared me into not leaving without it because of the “shape” they were in. I didn’t realize until after I left and spoke with other people I should have declined this work bc $1034.50 for brakes and rotors is unreasonably priced. Two hours later they told me the caliber also needed to be replaced as they could not get the old one back on and I would need to leave my car over night. Also another $324 charge. My car was ready fairly early the next day at 11am. I paid $1636.69 for repairs and my car is STILL squeaking when I put it in reverse and now, also when I brake. Also- working with me on the cost of the diagnostic I “didn’t need” (their words not mine) was to still charge me $76. I feel like I was fooled, and I definitely won’t return.

I scheduled the appointment, and ordered the tire in advance to be changed. I had one tire changed and it took two hours. That was by far the longest I have ever waited for a simple tire replacement. If they are over whelmed then why schedule an appointment in the first place. After the truck was done I looked it over. Wheel lube all over the rim and tire. They lack of attention to detail and customer satisfaction is insane here. Also, found he left the Jack and tools behind the seat unsecured scratching all the plastic behind the seat.

New to US, so had to go thru a long process before I got my Rav4 but at every stage Charlie sheets kept me updated with info. Also on the delivery day he explained all details clearly. Manager and Finance director too played their part well. Wishing u guys all the best to the whole team at Price

The sales people at this Toyota dealership are very arrogant. I was trying to negotiate because price was too high. They said what the price is on the vehicle is the price. If you don't want it someone else will buy is basically what he said from NJ. I was a Toyota person, but now have switched to Acura.

Recently bought a new BZ4X from an out of state dealer (couldn’t find one in DE). Had to have an update on the software, so I brought it to Price. Rae in the Service Dept was very friendly. I had read horror stories about the update taking 4 hours, but they had it done in 2! I won’t have to come back for oil changes ?, but will come back for tire rotations.

I have always gone to Price Toyota to have my vehicle serviced. I recently just had my 3rd lease in a Toyota, this time a Tacoma. I took the truck in last night and just like it's been the last 6 years, it was a piece of cake. I had an appointment at 6pm and it began with the young lady who checked me in. I was informed as to what was about to happen and like I've always done, I waited at the dealership until it was ready. From the time I pulled in until the time i was called back to go over the work that was done and even exchanged a few laughs. The experience was awesome as always. The total time from when i dropped it off until the time i pulled away, it was less than an hour, 55 minutes to be exact, and that even included the small talk that i had with them!. Well done Price Toyota! I will see you again for the 10,000 mile check up in a few months!

This was the second time I got my oil changed here. The first time went smooth and the service was great. The most recent time my service adviser was DYLAN and it took over two hours to get the oil changed, and nothing was communicated to me to indicate that I would have to wait that long. When I left the service advisor did not even check in with me or explain what had happened, he just dropped off the service sheet and walked off. On the service sheet, he indicated that I declined several recommended maintenance items that he had not discussed with me. When I asked the polite woman at reception if everything was ok, she said she would have to wait until he was done talking with a customer to tell me, which shows he was talking to other customers about their car, he just chose not to check in with me.

I just got myself the new Grand Highlander from Price Toyota, and O'Neil, the sales agent, was a huge help, especially after a bit of miscommunication. Chris, the General Manager, was also on top of things. What really stood out to me was the incredible professionalism of the dealership team. From the sales staff to the managers, everyone was not only respectful but also incredibly attentive to all my questions and worries. This level of dedication reassured me that I made the right choice. I love the vehicle and will for sure me back at this dealership for my next vehicle!
