Everything arrived intact, as usual, everything was very well packaged. The only problem was that the parcel lay in the consolidation hub for more than 2 weeks. The parcel itself cleared customs quite quickly.

It took 26 days to deliver the parcel from the American warehouse to Orsk, which became famous throughout the country last year.
Whatever you say, Qwintry Smart, thanks to the absence of the need to go through German customs, is not only speed, but also the ability to bring something that Europe will not miss (such as chargers, which is unclear to someone there).
The only downside to this shipping method is its cost. But you have to pay for pleasure.
There is no point in talking about the quality of packaging: in this regard, everything, as always, is at the highest level.

I ordered goods from different stores, they combined everything into one package and packaged them perfectly. Particularly fragile items are packaged additionally upon request.
The parcel arrived safe and sound within a month.

I've been using the service for two years now.
So, as of December 8, 2024, there are already 20 parcels received using the Banderolka service!!! I was expecting this twentieth parcel from the USA, as usual with vinyl records and CDs. Everything arrived intact and safe, without any comments. The packaging is high quality and reliable.
I would like to note the timely responses from the customer support service if you have any questions. The time from the moment of dispatch from the warehouse in the USA to the moment of receipt is 33 days.

I ordered mainly things from Amazon. I sent the parcels in mid-July, they arrived in 33 days. Incoming parcels are usually processed within 3 days - I thought these terms were not bad. Support responds within 24 hours (sometimes very quickly). The packaging is pretty good - the adhesive tape is actually strong, the box is ordinary. Delivery of a 18 kg parcel cost $197. I am happy.

Those who write laudatory reviews for Banderolka here simply have not encountered when Banderolka loses return packages that they have to send back to the sellers.
Parcel does not bear any responsibility (according to them) for lost parcels! In the 20th of September, Parcel allegedly sent a return from the warehouse to Ebay sellers, but the USPS tracking does not even indicate that these parcels were received by postal employees! Those warehouse employees in Delaware did not take the packages to the post office and their support claims that the packages were transferred to the post office. As a result, it is already the month of November and the parcels are still listed as lost! Keep in mind that if Banderolka loses your parcels while sending a return to the seller, then you will not receive any compensation from Banderolka for parcels that they themselves lost in the warehouse/stolen. They take advantage of the fact that you cannot reach them by phone, and their technical support responds once every 3 days.
I'll add a review. 2.5 months have passed and my parcels that disappeared from the Parcel warehouse have not been found. Parcel employees do not offer any solutions to the problem, and USPS claims that these parcels were not even accepted by postal employees. Banderolka refuses to compensate for the cost of parcels that were stolen in their warehouse and through their fault!

Yet again another wonderful experience with Qwintry. This is my third parcel delivered by Qwintry, and also the heaviest by far. My purchases weighed roughly 16 kg, with certain delicate items. Qwintry did an amazing job with the packaging, everything arrived in great condition. The box was sturdy and customized so that my products fit perfectly. I am so pleased with their service and highly recommend Qwintry.
