Booked a chic cut and style. Out of respect I will not name the stylist. Instead of a curly cut as the salon described, the stylist blew dry my hair prior to cutting, insisting it’s the only way she knows how to cut the hair. Once my hair dried to its natural curl pattern, I had the dreaded lego head look and microbangs to top it off. I can’t even hide these bangs in a ponytail. The salon did not offer a refund besides the tip I gave the dresser, and after cutting more of my hair, told me they could not fix it. I asked for twists to hide the haircut and they could not book me. All of this right before the memorial holiday. I have been natural for 4 years and now have to straighten my hair to grow out this haircut. Worst experience for $200, completely ruined my natural hair journey. Before and after picture of my hair. The stylist actually accused me of making my hair look worse than what it actually is… will never return. The chic cut and style states it will take into account the natural curl of the hair. The salon is taking no accountability here unfortunately.

Veronica did amazing on my hair and though some may think it is a lot of money, but to me you get what you pay for and I can say I will definitely go back and even take my daughter. When I say Veronica treats you like she's known you forever she truly does and you can tell this is not just a job for her. Thank you for making my bday and hair amazing. Veronica is worth every penny

I wanted burgundy hair. But what they gave me was a dark brown ish red. Also I was given a blow dry instead of a silk press. But when I ask more experienced people about it they said I basically got a blow dry. Also my ends weren’t trimmed. I unfortunately will not be coming back.

I don't come here as often as I should but when I do everyone is so nice and respectful. The styles are kind the women who wash your hair make sure you are comfortable. The atmosphere is relaxing. I saw three different stylist so far and enjoyed all three. Definitely recommend

The salon has a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. You are immediately greeted when entering the salon. My hairstylist is Ebon. And I have no doubts when he works on my hair. He is a natural and a wizard with the scissors. All the stylists are highly trained care personally for their clients. One day when I locked my keys in the car, my hairstylist stopped what he was doing and went outside to help me unlock my car. Along with the accessories and fashionable jewelry, I highly recommend the services of Resh Salon and Spa for anyone in the community.

I had been going here for about 5 months. As long as my own hair was getting done, it was beautiful-- first by BeeBee then by Ebon. Beautiful flat ironing and curling that actually lasted almost 3 weeks. Also, my daughter loves their mousse that they make themselves. When I switched to an up/down style by Ebon, the pony tail slipped down my hair until I had to remove it. I should have known better but I had seen someone else's hair that he had weaved so I decided maybe he just doesn’t know how to do the pony tails so let's just get the lace frontal full head no leave out weave done. He bought the hair and assured me it was high quality.
When he finished, he just slapped some glue on my forehead to hold down the lace frontal closure and told me to put foundation over the area that looked white and ashy. I looked this task up on a YouTube video and realized that I had to put foundation on my part as well as my front especially because he had not bleached the knots. And then, as far as my forehead where stuff looked Ashy and white--that was just dried glue and it was disgusting. When I went back and told him you've got to fix this because this looks like a wig, he did make time for me. This time he resewed in the lace frontal closure and put no glue at the front so that it was actually rising off of my head slightly and the middle part was puckling. So, I had to go to an entire other weave hair stylist who had to take it out. She let me know that the reason why my whole head of hair was tangling up so quickly was because the hair was cheap and she had to redo the front part of my hair including one of the base braids that was coming out. When she finished, it looked so much better with the only exception being that there is a slight netting look where the part is and the front if you look closely but she got rid of the puckle, tightened it, and glued it down so that it doesn't look a hot mess.
Requested style: Full head no leave out lace frontal closure weave
Specialties: He does natural hair well, he does beautiful curls, but don't ask him to do a weave-- it will come out looking very tacky

Mr. Ebon hooked my hairdo up excellently! This time it was a cut & style! And Miss Sierra is great at rendering a wash with a little bit of a massage therapist touch.

Took my 9 year old daughter to RESH for her very first haircut & blow dry. Our entire experience was wonderful! From the time I called to schedule the appointment up to the moment we walked out the service, the haircut, the front desk, the stylist...everyone was so kind, dedicated, and talented! BB is amazing!!
