I don’t think any amount of good reviews can save them from closing at this point, but I wish they weren’t! Their pharmacy team is so kind and helpful! I had some serious issues at CVS with getting my prescription but the pharmacy team here was so willing to help me get the medicine I need and with a no insurance discount at that!

I checked out with a GrubHub order this morning @ 7:02 that was delivered by 7:18am and the nice young (elder) white haired cashier was polite enough to give me the managers name that was “Aradana” and I use my common sense that I have and I don’t like to pull the race card although it does come up Hell of often.
I entered the front of the store. She greeted me and said hello and I said Good morning
I went to the back of the store in the section to get something for my Grubhub pickup Sure enough she was in the back
When I went to the next section for snacks, short enough there she was peeking around
When I went to the next two isles, her face kept popping up and I became very annoyed and nervous because I was being followed. I even spoke loud enough for her to hear me and I said it’s 2024 and I can’t even shop in the damn store without being followed.
I brought the 4 items that I had to deliver up to the front and shorten up there, she was up to the front again…. I am reporting her and I do not like being followed…
Because I am beautiful and brown does not equate to me stealing that is not my history that is not our history!!!
I am sick of this mess and sick of this injustice OK???
You will not treat me like an animal. I came in the store to make money. Do not treat me like a criminal and follow me everywhere. Absolutely absurd.

I've had consistently positive experiences at Rite Aid's pharmacy, thanks to their friendly and helpful pharmacy techs. They go above and beyond to assist customers, answering questions and providing support with a smile. It's comforting to know there's a reliable and customer-oriented team at Rite Aid, making every visit a smooth and pleasant one. Kudos to the pharmacy techs for their excellent service!

I have covid, so my Doctor prescribed me medication for treatment. Later, I called rite aid, they told me, they don't have it, they order it, and it will be in by tomorrow, so I said, okay. On the next day I called again, rite aid said, they still don't have it, it will be in by tomorrow. So I missed two days of my medication, but rite aid don't care. The pharmacist should did advise me for another options at the first day that they don't have it, so I could call my doctor for another prescription or transfer it to another pharmacy. I missed two days of my medication, and COVID got me so bad

All these people complaining and saying rite aid lost a customer... You do realize that you guys aren't the only people on earth right? They lost you but gained 100 more to fill your place. Be humble, and stop being Karen's.The night crew is very respectful and hardworking to be understaffed.

though some associates are patience, i see a lack of it with others. and by not speaking or walking away from the counter isn't in it self bias, it's rude and lacks professionalism.

Employee was continuously rude when I asked questions in reference to pricing. Horrible customer service , didn’t want to answer simple questions in reference to the difference between the price on the shelf and the one behind the counter I simply asked for him to clarify which price was accurate. He was very nasty and impolite.

This Rite Aid is my favorite store however due to a couple of encounters with a young African American female cashier I think I may switch to another one when I need to buy items. Everytime I encounter her she has a very nasty attitude and her expression on her face plus vibes says it all. I once was in to buy some items and the item I wanted was not in-stock. I asked if a substitute item that was plentiful could be used instead and was told "we don't do dat." I asked for a manager and she said, I am the manager rather than arguing with her I brought what I had because I knew it was going to escalate. I informed her I would contact corporate and she shrugged her shoulder and just looked at me. I called the other store on Basin Road and the lady was very helpful and apologized for the behavior of the young lady. Plus informed me that the young lady was not a manager but a worker. Advised me to call back to the store and of course the young lady picked the phone up and I asked for a manager she out me on hold and the call eventually hung up. Now they have moved her back to the pharmacy instead of out the door. Same nasty, rude responses and blank stare. I understand the company is short staffed but she is actually harming the business by running customers away.
