Bacon on the sliders was raw, order was completely wrong. Avoid going here, if I read reviews first and saw so may complaints about raw or undercooked food I would never have gotten food from here

Waited in line and paid for my things, the cashier somehow missed my slip for a sandwich, and instead of ringing me up they asked me to get back in line and wait for everyone else a second time. Treating me like I didn't just try to pay for the sandwich and the cashier made mistake but like I tried to be slick and steal it. There is no reason I should need to wait in line for a second time because of your mistake, but to treat me like a thief due to your mistake is going over the line.

Outstanding fried chicken 👍👍
Came to charge Cybertruck. Don’t let the gas station set up fool you. I didn’t have any expectations because I was just hungry.
But the chicken packed a wallop in flavor and tenderness. Couldn’t believe how good it was. Can give any big chicken franchise a run for their money.
Adding this to my lists of top venues to eat. My only complaint is there really aren’t many seats. Looks like it’s meant for takeout.

1 star for this loud annoying music while pumping fuel . Can even make a phone call while pumping fuel because the music is so LOUD .

This used to be an OK run Royal Farms, like all busy Convenience stores it was hit or miss, but staff here are good. However, this location is one of the Royal Farms that is now stopping the use of the Self Serve registers. ROFO used to be the best store to check out fast and with no issues. They designed all their stores to have great self checkout. I went there daily since it was so great. Now with the SS registers closed it is a horrible. There is usually a lack of help at the registers as people tie up the line getting tobacco products and gas, and there is no where to put products to check out. If I want a simple snack or coffee it's now an awful wait to get through. This feels like they are just doing this to Wilmington/New Castle area stores. I have been to several others in Dover/Middletown/MD and all still have the self checkout. PLEASE Royal Farms bring back the SS area. Until this is corrected I have been taking my business to the competition.

Staff are very welcoming and the food is the same at all Royal Farms. I had the breakfast sandwich this time around. I ordered it in advance on the App. I thought it would be a chicken patty. Instead it was a chicken tender on top of the egg. The hash browns were great!

Nasty entrance area outside doors, womens bathroom sink stopped up, only one stall, other stall door missing and SHELVING UNIT (?!?) used to bar door, and no hand towels. Gross. Would not purchase any food prepared there. Just gross.
