I feel stupid for not checking these reviews before ordering. Ordered during mystery sale in 2021. Was sent decent hair but couldn’t really judge. Ordered 2022 Black Friday and did not receive my hair until two weeks ago ( almost two months later) the closure was 6 inches shorter than what I paid for. The bundles are sooooo thin at the ends with so much filler towards the middle. Did a dispute. They wanted me to pay to send everything back for them to inspect. Could not trust them to issue the refund so I had to take the L. Do not ever order from these scammers

DON’T BUT THEIR WIGS!!! I spent $569.00 on a wig and it wasn’t made correctly, it has hair lumps and can’t be styled because they overlapped the hair tracks when making the wig. Now they got my $569.00 and I can’t even wear the wig, I may pursue small claim in court because this isn’t right

Worst hair place you could possibly order from. For one, my order took way over 7-10 business days to process. I had to email them multiple times and their customer service person was incredibly rude and argumentative. I finally received my order a month later & it was the wrong lengths! I ordered a 22 24 26 and received 20 22 24 (and I know this because they write the length numbers on the paper wrapped around the bundle) When I emailed the company about this mistake they told me to get a ruler and measure the wrong bundle. I could’ve simple put it next to the other bundles and how am I measuring a 20 inch bundle with a 12 inch ruler??? But anyways I still sent them the pictures because I really wanted the 26 inch bundle that I ordered. I had to email them multiple times after sending the picture with ruler and they finally said they can send me the complimentary bundle but I have to pay for priority shipping ?. I paid for $20 priority. Then my complimentary bundle ends up 17hours away when it was already 30 mins away & on its way to me. I called USPS & they informed me that the wrong address was put in by whoever shipped it out. At that point I felt personally attacked and disrespected. I filed a complaint and thankfully USPS was able to get the bundle to me. Never again.Service: Hair extensions

Very disappointed. My fiancé ordered my bundles on June 15th. We knew that there should be a 7-14 day processing. At this point, it is beyond that. Before the 14 day processing was up, I reached out to inquiry about when my order would be processed to see if I would need to do express shipping to get my item in time. They wouldn’t tell me where my order was in the line of orders. They did continuously offer express shipping which was $89 dollars, but my order wouldn’t immediately be shipped despite what they said (the email said it would be processed in two days and then shipped so it wasn’t worth spending the extra money on shipping that wasn’t actually quicker. I told them I would wait until the 14 days were over. That was over one week ago (and total, over one month). I reached back out a few days ago requesting a refund since they were way past processing time and the event I needed the hair for was over. They said they were experiencing even more delays and to be patient. They said unfortunately they don’t do refunds and told me to be patient. I’m over it. It’s been over a month. The professional thing to do would be to allow me to cancel my order since it wasn’t proceeded yet. I no longer need the hair but there’s nothing I can do. I hate to be rude about it, but it’s so inconvenient.Service: Hair extensions

lol just don't go . I should have read the reviews before i drove over an hour to this location. I spoke to a worker about store hours THE DAY BEFORE explaining that I would be driving in from another city before work. thinking I would just pick up the hair and go . When I arrived at 10:30 the store was not open andd the sign said it opened at 9am and she told me 10am

I would never purchase hair from this company again. For one I didn’t receive my hair until a month and a half after I made the purchase, and it did not at all follow the processing and shipping time they initially gave. After a month I reached out and was initially told that my order hadn’t been processed yet. Per their policy if it’s not processed yet you could still be refunded. I then emailed them a week later after my order still had not been processed asking for a refund at this point and of course that day they “processed” my order and couldn’t refund me. Received the hair a week later. Once I got the hair I gave it a chance and was quickly disappointed. The hair holds no curl whatsoever (I did not buy straight hair) and on top of that the ends were extremely thin and the hair sheds like crazy. Not worth the money at all. Very disappointed with my service and the product.EDIT:I ended up washing the hair to see if that would make it any better and it actually took a turn for the worse! Not only did the hair remain the same but it actually turned my blow dryer comb and brushes PINK! So I’m assuming at this point the hair was synthetic or was a combination of synthetic and human hair, which explains the horrible smell it have off when I initially received it. Worst hair I have ever had! 0/10

If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT PURCHASE HAIR FROM THIS COMPANY! The customer service is absolutely horrible. I ordered 4 bundles and a closure on Feb 1st for my birthday trip at the end of the month. I did not get my hair until the day I came back, which was March 1st. Once I looked at the hair, I noticed a bundle was missing. I immediately spoke with their customer service team and was told that my issue would be sent to the quality assurance team. It is now May 10 and I still have not heard from their quality assurance team nor did I get my last bundle. I have contacted them at least 4 times since March, asking about my hair and keep being told to be patient. IT DOES NOT TAKE MONTHS TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE! All of the reviews about this company are true. Please use your money elsewhere. I hate to see so many people have gone through the same situation as me and they keep getting away with it.UPDATE: They finally emailed me back saying they checked their shipping cameras and confirmed that I received my whole order. Then they offered me a 25% off coupon… What am I going to do with that! Why would I buy another bundle when I did not receive the original one that I ordered??? Once again, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They are definitely out here scamming people.

The negative reviews are correct. This was the second and last time purchasing from them. I went to the store and the girl was rude. I called before I drove an hour away to the store. I get there and they did not have the correct bundles I asked for. Ok, I am reasonable and I have a wedding to go to, so I just get the hair. I go to pay and she says she don’t has change, people do not usually pay in small bills. I paid in twenties, and the currency is good anywhere, and your a business figure it out. Because what is not about to happen is I take a loss again. Mind you I paid more, because she did not have the length I requested. Then she proceeded to say eww the bills are sticky. Your right they should of stuck to my pocket and that was all the sign I needed to say I Dare I spend my good earned money in there anymore. All i’m saying is I spend less in Target or Chick fil A and get treated better.Things that will help: 1. I said I was driving up, call me and say hey we ran into an issue, are you still interested. 2. If the money is sticky oops go wash your hands after I leave. It wasn’t intentional , 3. Someone just an hour to buy over $300.00 for hair, possibly maybe you can not act like you did them a favor. Lesson learned and I hate doing reviews , but ppl should know the possibilities of what you can experience. 1st time I did get my hair done and the stylist was dry and unhelpful. Sadly the hair wasn’t used, I used hair I had, but those sticky twenties came in handi I bet.

So I took another chance with this company after I was previously sent the incorrect closure with Indian pure wavy bundles ordered. When contacted and sent a picture of the incorrect closure, I returned it and was sent the correct one. So recently ordered a new pure wavy closure to go with the previously purchased bundles, not what I expected/paid for at ALL!!!! First mistake was I ordered on 3/6/22 only to have to reach out to the company after missing THEIR ordering/shipping processing timelines. After receiving the order 4/4/22, I proceeded to reach out again to let them know I didn’t receive the 18in pure wavy closure but instead received a much shorter, curly closure. After reviewing the picture, they continue to state I received the correct closure. I will NEVER do business here again, just a honest review for the next customer they try to get over on.Service: Hair extensions

Horrible hair and experience they exceeding 7-10business day processing and when contacted could not provide an answer finally received hair and it was not what I ordered and hair had a smell contacted company and provided emails and pictures of the wrong items supplied. Was told I would have to wait on review from quality control and refuses to refund or exchange after acknowledging it’s the wrong products.Service: Hair extensions

Came here to have my natural hair done. I asked for beach waves and was given shirley temple curls that were so tight. When I was getting my hair blow dried she was so rough and when I asked if she had a wider tooth comb she looked at me like i was crazy and caught an attitude. I just washed my hair for the first time after having it done and there are a few areas that are broken of I also noticed heat damage on one side.Will never spend my money here again

This is not good hair, I purchased once 3 years ago. And then again (hoping it would work out) this June. It’s dry and mattes fast. Usually I can wear hair 3 or 4 times (Snoblife, Kendras B. Hell even Nadula on Ali express) I had to throw this hair out. $400+ wasted.

I purchased bundles from this company which is of very poor quality. This was my first time purchasing and as such eagerly awaited what I thought would be premium quality hair.BOY WAS I WRONG!I purchased 3 bundles 12 14 and 16 inches. I received two 12” and one 14” which was verified by my hairdresser. Not only was I robbed but to make matters worse the hair was trash. I literally wore it for a week and the had to remove it. The hair would not hold curls or a good bone press.Don’t purchase here. I typically purchase from Herimports and will continue to do so.Service: Hair extensions
