I went in just before close, which isn't cool on my part but my work hours are hectic. Even though it was closing time Donna stayed late to help me out. She is a sweet heart and went above and beyond for me. I'm really grateful and very happy with the unit.

Mrs. Donna is so nice. I got really sick were i had to be hospitalized for over a week. I had to be taken care of for over 3 months. We called Mrs. Donna an she understood my hardship and work with me.She was not just a storage rep she became a great friend. Thank you for everything Mrs. Donna 🤗

I really can't say anything bad about Sentinel as they make the process so simple. I was shown a few units and the paperwork was done online. You can also do I in person. The staff is super friendly and helpful! The units are easy to access. I couldn't be happier with my choice to use Sentinel.

Units are always clean, property is always maintained nicely... no garbage or excessive clutter on the property. Staff has always been friendly. Pricing is average / comparable to other similar sized units.

I was a tenant of this space for somewhere around 8 years. All of the staff was super helpful at all times, including Mr. Joe who passed. Mrs. Donna is exceptional and truly makes you feel like a member of the family. I would recommend this storage to anyone who is looking for a space and for sure would use the location again.

I. recently came to this place because yrs ago a friend rented from here I see all the nice comments about Donna but I didn’t get that from her I know , everyone is not customer service to people , I feel me personally not everyone can agree but customer service goes along way & courtesy of customers also , I wasn’t aware with certain customer service u have to ask the employee about the specials they’ve going on , I really do appreciate customer service like hey we do have daily specials going on if u like to inquire about the service, just to push the agenda but , with this company family owned there’s no such policy where they push it , the prices are way high I’ve searched around for the same unit way below the prices they’re charging , after reading the reviews this place is overrated as far as pricing & the quality of service from the employees, I , like to give a thumbs up but with company I can only give kne star this is my opinion of the company everyone experiences is different I just don’t feel like this particular location has a genuine staff

I would not recommend this facility, Our storage room was robbed in broad daylight June 2023, Someone knocked down the wooden fence, made a hole, then cut the metal piece on the actual door of our unit and stole our possessions that we work hard for. The management response was after watching the video we have an idea of who it was! What? So this place has known thieves hanging around watching people store their items then wait for them to leave to steal it….. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED…..DONT STORE HERE! THEY DESERVE NO STAR!
