Phone call was deliberately hung up on after waiting 1/2. Phone picked up, then hung up. When I did finally get through, an unnecessary referral to the regional facility for scheduling was done. Eyes unnecessary hurdle. Seems that's how it's done at the New Castle branch.

It took less than a half hour. However,all I needed was my social security card. For anything beyond that, it seems to be a long wait.

was expecting a long wait based on phone experience but not bad at all. got there 845 for 900 opening. maybe 10 folks ahead of me. saw someone in 15 minutes who could have helped most people but I needed something more so waited another 20 for someone further up the chain. all employees there were very pleasant.
