The young lady who assisted my brother and me was amazingly awesome. She answered all of our questions, was friendly, and professional. The vibe in the store was nice, I really felt welcomed. This is our new location, far better than the other locations I have visited.

My advice to everyone. When you buy a phone do not add protection in store instead of paying protection fees every month, how about you save the money and if your phone is broken you just pay out of pocket. I don't see the sense in paying $10 a month for 3 years on a phone or watch and when it's broken you still gotta pay $50 to get it fix.

My sister and I visited to get new phones. Geovanna was above and beyond helpful, patient, and courteous!! Another employee whom I would guess was a manager, Eric, if I recall correctly, was excellent in that he mentioned the additional items and perks, but he didn't push them. Excellent ????Overall experience 5 out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!

Some of the most rude people I've ever come across. Drive the extra 5mins and go to the Christiana Mall locations. No sense of professionalism in a work place, nor the patience of hearing out issues the customer is facing/describing.

This location was very busy. We had a 15-minute wait and were able to sit on a bench inside the store. Staff were very courteous and ensured our comfort. They asked what phones we had currently and what features we were looking for in a phone and service plan. They showed us a couple of phones that met our needs, a mid level device and then a top of the line version. We selected the mid level phones and asked a lot of questions about them and the plan they recommended for us. They explained the special perks and discounts and rebates and other deals for which we may qualify. The salesperson was clear, concise, and showed interest in helping us get what we wanted and needed. We ended up saving about $40 a month off our current mobile phone bill, and we each received a $200 rebate. We walked away feeling confident that we had made the right choices and are happy with our new phones and plan.

You either end up with a old person who knows nothing about phones or you end up with a disrespectful young person either way they waist your time giving you bits and pieces of information as you go it’s ridiculous why am I doing your job just get rid of all of them and get robots AI or whatever .. the they act like they co-own the store

I was there the other day to purchase a. New phone, The Associate, who was Josh, did everything he could to retrieve my numbers and Pictures.. He was able to get some, I deeply Appreciate all her s Help and Patience, if you have to go to this Store, Ask for Josh, He's Great ?

Just terrible. Rude, poor customer service. The manager act like the employees. Called on hold in excess of 25 minutes, they over talking you. In store to purchase in excess of 1 1/2 hours. Apparently there is no district manager… will be filing complaint with the better business bureau. I’m sure I will talk to someone that has excellent customer service then

Just wanted to share my experience with Josh , he was really helpful for me and my family . We had a difficult problem that techs from this location and another was not able to help with but tried . Josh , was kind and patient and really made sure he was able to help us . Thank you for having Josh at this location !! He’s great .
