I always go the the New Castle Staples and I've made friends with the co-workers on many occasions. A special SHOUTOUT to Bree in Print & Marketing (so helpful, sweet, friendly and takes the time to make sure every one of my needs are met). Also, A special SHOUTOUT to Kelly in Tech Services (she answers all my questions and takes care of any issues I have with my laptop and is so sweet while doing it!). Cudo's to both! They deserve a raise for all that they do in that store!

I did not encounter a great experience at this particular staples. The sales associate was very arrogant. He acted as if me purchasing an item was a bother to him. He didn't tell me my total price of my purchase. In fact he didn't even give me my receipt. I had to retrieve it myself when from the register as he walked away. I am not sure what that was all about. But I would not be returning to this location or recommending. I wanted to share my experience with others.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this visit to Staples honestly deserves a shoutout. A couple of years ago, I swore I’d never come back—long lines, confused staff, and just a general feeling of chaos. But something has definitely changed. Whether the management became super awesome or they brought in someone new, today’s service was unrecognizably better.
I was in and out faster than I expected, and everything was handled smoothly. Major props to Colin at the register—professional, polite, and on top of it. If anyone at corporate is reading this, Colin deserves a raise (or at least some serious recognition). This place went from a “last resort” to a go-to. Pleasantly surprised—and that’s rare these days.

Sat on hold for 40 minutes. Before someone picked up and then put me on hold again. When I asked why they said only two people work in the store on Saturday. I understand being short staffed but there’s gotta be a better method than putting people on hold for 40 minutes at a time. Also pick up for my order is set for 7:30 pm. When the website said earlier. Do yourself a favor. If you’re going to place a print order and spend over 500.00 go somewhere else. it would be printed faster and more people to help get it done. For a first time order here we will not be doing that again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Unfortunately, not the best experience. Newcastle location is VERY dirty. Front entrance filthy carpet, gum, dirty glass then while standing in Amazon return line I look down at floor and it was disgusting. Attendant was not friendly, could tell she did not want to be there. What happened to pride on the job? Not sure how much longer this location will last.

Went to this store to return a UPS package. UPS sent me a email print the label or we can print it for you! Staples said 'we are not staples, and paper ain't free we need a card to charge 18c. Staples could not print the label, now 45 minutes later I'm on the way to the UPS store. UPS choose better partners
