Was looking for a specific tool and the store clerk and able to quickly assess what I needed and found my product. Although not having another item for another individual he lead them in the right direction for another store that would have his item. Good service

This company stole my money. I ordered a cut off saw and they sent me a bag of plastic. Becarful when ordering from this company. They might rob you. I also tried to contact them. No response. Terrible

Worst customer service . They won’t call you after you give them your tool for warranty purpose and if it is out of warranty. They just throw it out without calling and asking if you would like to fix the issue with your tool . I would never shop there again . He’s a little old wrinkly coward !

No tracking number. No replies to emails. Unbelievably slow shipping. There is absolutely zero inf on the invoice. Not sure how this company has a 4.5 rating.
