Venay or whatever her name is is extremely rude and unprofessional - I’m not sure how many times I’ve encountered trashtech not picking up my trash but also it says a lot on what kind of people they hire. Trash tech hires trash. So if that’s what you want in a trash company you found your place.

They basically just took our money and left us cans with no intention of ever picking it up. They will do the same to you and tell you that you never left it out. It’s been weeks of no pickup.

Not sure what’s going on because we used to have great service until about a month ago and now I am going on 5 weeks that my recycle has not been picked up on time or at all. Phone call after phone call falls on deaf ears. Terrible service. I’m definitely looking for a new company.
