I reserved a trailer online and received a confirmation from uhaul. I arrived to pick up the trailer and noticed that the only things there were vans. I questioned the person there and was told that they hadn't had a trailer in days and that I needed to contact corporate. No luck with corporate when I called them. I guess that uhaul is allergic to money.

I’m a frequent Uhaul customer and was treated very unfairly and disrespected at this location. And the worker told me he doesn’t care he doesn’t work for Uhaul he works for BP. very unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend spend your money elsewhere

I have done many moves but this time was a horrible experience! The clerk at this location needs to brush up on customer service skills!Check in he proceeded to flirt with me. The return was a nightmare excused me of stealing a dolly after It was put it back in the same spot he pulled it from. Called me a liar and a thief!I’ve always used Uhaul and it’s sad that this man represents Uhaul so unpredictable and completely disrespectful. Never again

The renters are kind courteous their contracts are well-written I had a flat tire in one of the vehicles during my travels and they sent someone out to change the tire there very good at what they do and they have a lot of product for U-Haul I also rented a car carrier and it was pretty well price I was happy with their service

Best UHaul pickup/drop off I have experienced - I've moved a lot over the years and UHaul the company never does a great job. This location was easy, fast, great to work with and a friendly face. I would 100% rent my UHaul from this location again!
