Quick, friendly, and professional. Online reservation defaulted to nearest dealer with truck size I needed. Owner was very nice, explained all the terms, even advised me how to save some $$ on the mileage. If I need to move more stuff, Ill check with them first!

When returning truck got charged a cleaning fee when truck was already dirty.( I swept the inside of truck) and thru away trash before my move that was left.!! When I returned truck after hours to the drop box I left fuel receipt and keys. Guess what I got charged $25 for fuel. DONT RENT FROM HERE STAY AWAY

The service people to get, pick up and return the vehicles were great. The 800 customer service center and the vehicles themself not so much. Now I have to go back and spend tons of time with customer service to work things out. The second vehicle I received should not be on the road. I hope talking to customer service will provide a resolution for both.

I got there they guy say wait the truck dirty give me 15 minutes and then the system crashes which makes me end up waiting 1hr and other customers are upset about not getting the service they needed then the cashier was rude and would not listen to his customers it was a disaster I had now spent 2hrs and finally canceled if I could I would do no stars that was the worst service I ever gotten from uhaul

Agent was friendly. Decent pricing. The vehicle was clean but seemed to show its age. But, overall a good experience. Would recommend.

Loved the experience. Uhaul set me up with this place and the gentleman that works there was very kind and made sure I was completely satisfied with my wife and myself experience. Ended up returning to rent another truck to move some dressers we bought a short while after. Can't stress enough how kind the clerk was. Great guy

This was the easiest truck rental pickup experience I've ever had. The owner was very understanding of the stress we had from another Uhaul location and rectified the billing error for us.
