I had closed my account with Delmarva power after selling my home. Not doing well financially. I went to go cash a refund check from Delmarva at United check cashing, which was issued to me due to an overpayment. The woman behind the counter made a big stink about it. She said that Delmarva charges an arm and a leg for their service and she knew “damn good and well they weren’t issuing refund checks”. After speaking to her boss, she was told to cash it. So they get two stars for doing their job but for doing it poorly and lacking in customer service.

A western union and check cashing place that cannot cash a western union check. Last time I will ever use Western Union or this check cashing place.

Would leave no stars if I could signed my check infront of them and they wouldn't cash it say they don't take pre signed checks when I just signed it while I was standing infront of him and he barely spoke English. Do you not know how to read it says I signed it standing infront of him

Worst check cashing place EVER; they don’t cash checks so if you have never been here don’t waste your time they won’t cash a check if you haven’t been here before!!!! I’m really mad too the guy kept me standing there while he helped other people and answered the phones only to tell me that they would not cash my check!
