So online and on the “sorry we missed you while you were out” slip states that they open at 7:30am on Saturdays. I arrived at 8:45am to pick up my package, and they have a paper on the window stating they open at 8:30am on Saturdays but yet they still had doors locked at 8:45am. I don’t understand how they haven’t been reprimanded regarding this, now that I have seen, based on these other reviews, that this is happening ALL OF THE TIME. Irritating, inconsiderate, inconvenient and straight up rude.

Google says it opens at 7:30, but I arrived at the place at 9:30 and there was still no staff. I seriously doubt the efficiency here.

If I could give this place lower I absolutely would. No one's there doors wide open but literally not a single person in the building during working hours and don't bother calling you'll be met with the worst automated menu ever and if you do wait the 30 minutes for someone to finally pickup they'll hangup on you instantly they literally can't make it harder to talk to a agent.

Need to update your Saturday hours on google online says 7:30 , door says 8:30 got there at 8:20 in a hurry and door was locked now I gotta wait til Monday to ship my package

This is my third Saturday coming down to pick up hold mail. The hours are posted to be 8:30 am - 1:30 pm. They post a different open window time on the door and don't follow the hours they have changed it to. It is 11:58 am.

It is often closed during working hours. Lunchtime seems to be "whatever." It would be better to close it completely rather than pretend it's a functional, working post office.

Majority of my packages get stolen from here. I am filing a police report because the Post master here steals packages and I have proof. Do not use this usps!!!!

Weekdays they are closed between 12 and 2PM and they are closed on Saturdays (based on visit today at 10am)

This station is USPS weakest link. Somehow a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday didn’t get put on a street truck until 6 o’clock this morning and promptly got lost AGAIN!!! Do not trust these thieves and clowns they could lose their own shadow spinning around in a circle.

The mail man from this address stole my package, I had Camera for the my address and they never show up all day, but the package says delivered! And when i call them, they so annoying and bad attitude! So disgusting!

So terrible customer service that they make you drink when you get home. Especially that woman with the purple lipstick. She gives out City Bank phone number instead of her supervisor. Go pee in the wind USPS
