usps employees at locations in new castle, delaware steal packages. new castle has a population of <6000 which is why they are able to get away with this. DO NOT under any circumstances ship to a address located in New Castle, your package WILL go missing.

Horrible! Package somehow lost on truck for a whole day. When I call they say “when it gets delivered it gets delivered when it doesn’t it doesn’t” this place is the poster child for apathetic avarice! Never trust their delivery schedules or customer service for even the printed words on their own website.

So terrible customer service that they make you drink when you get home. Especially that woman with the purple lipstick. She gives out City Bank phone number instead of her supervisor. Go pee in the wind USPS

Phone call lasted under a minute I called for a package intercept due to tracking showing it just showed up to the post office well guess what the lady assured me it’ll be intercepted but what do ya know it got delivered to the wrong address which I was trying to avoid by doing the intercept oh as she was rushing me off the phone with a slight rudeness …..its 2023 if you hate your job get a different one slow incompetent people are taking over USA

They are stealing people packages and lying and saying they are delivered I filed several complaints because my package was never delivered to my mail box called to speak to a supervisor no one answer the phone this has happened sooo many times
