Phone call lasted under a minute I called for a package intercept due to tracking showing it just showed up to the post office well guess what the lady assured me it’ll be intercepted but what do ya know it got delivered to the wrong address which I was trying to avoid by doing the intercept oh as she was rushing me off the phone with a slight rudeness …..its 2023 if you hate your job get a different one slow incompetent people are taking over USA

They are stealing people packages and lying and saying they are delivered I filed several complaints because my package was never delivered to my mail box called to speak to a supervisor no one answer the phone this has happened sooo many times

ALL USPS ARE THIVES LOST SOOO MANY PACKAGES AFTER HAVE YELLOW SLIP RECENTLY MOVED TO DIFFERENT STATE STILL HAVE RECIEVED MAIL AFYER 2 CHANGED OR ADDRESS PAPERS. CANT FILE CLAIM ON WEBSITE. SENT PACKAGE SEPT 30 RECEIVER STILL NEVER GOT IT. DID A INVESTIGATION STILL HAVENT HEARD AMYTHINH BACK

Packages are Never picked up when scheduling a pickup online. I have scheduled a total of 9 pickups and I have to call the post office and tell the manager for someone to pickup the package and still sometimes the packages still doesn't get pickup up. This causes a lot of issues for me. Why don't they want to pickup packages when a customer has already schedule one? I start filling can complaints online.

Super lazy carriers... Every time I have an issue with the carrier I'm told this is the main USPS where my mail comes from and where the supervisor is. Carrier does not even attempt to deliver Certified mail he/she simply leaves delivery attemp slip to pick up the letter in my post office. I know because I was outside while the carrier was putting the mail in my mail box and to my surprised there was a pickup slip! Packages were also left in the sidewalk until I complained several times to the supervisor. Then again the carrier stopped taking my packages to the door. Now I find them outside in my driveway where anyone can take them... I'm just shocked about the laziness of the carriers.

I gave an Amazon return package to my carrier more than a week ago and now the package is no where to be found! Tracking says label created but not yet in system. I have been calling the post office for a week and speaking to the post master and he always says the same thing! There is no info on the tracking provided. basically nothing he can do! I just lost $100 in purchases!
