I sent out a small package on July 27th. It's now August 3rd and they just scanned it into the system. It says expected delivery August 11th. This is for medical testing, how is it OK to take two weeks for somthing that should have been delivered in 48 hours.

Received poor service simply because of an issue with error in appointment timing. The passport photo lady is rude. She talked down to my wife multiple times because she sat our 1 year old son a tiny stool on top of a chair and my wife was reasonably anxious he could fall off. This is a fully mobile toddler, but she would not let us place a hand on his lap to keep him steady. She displayed full annoyance when my wife voiced she was anxious about him falling. Ironically enough. The next couple that walked in with an infant, she allowed the father to place a hand on her lap even though she hardly moved as much as our child.
As we had an error in our appointment timing, they proceeded to disregard us in the lobby with an upset child and accepted and completed walk in passport appointments before servicing us. We were there at 12:40. Our appointment time was 1:30 but we keyed it in the calendar at 1pm. So as a result we were ignored, dismissed, told to move out of the way and several other things. I don’t know what the issue is at this location but these people clearly need a lesson on customer service or to find a new job.

The lady in charge of passports makes up her own schedule as she pleases. Walk-in hours are 3-4 and I was turned away at 3:30 because she only helps 4 people a day. This is our tax dollars hard at work

Good evening Google Family. This was my first time visiting this post office after my exciting elliptical workout at the Edge Gym in Wilmington. I needed to send some letters and I loved that you could drive up to the mailboxes. They don't have drive up mailboxes at every post office. So I especially loved this fact. I will return. Good night Google Family and don't forget to work out and VOTE.

I never write reviews but I was so taken aback by how friendly and kind all of the employees were at this location! I had never been to a post office with such nice employees before.
I went to get fingerprinted for job. The only annoying part was that the machine had to be rebooted several times before I could get the fingerprints.

Great staff always happy to see you and I always have a laugh and a joke with them . Good bunch and you can see they have a very respectful culture . Our postman who delivers to the Wilmington Manor alone Jay Drive area is the best . He is a very respectful man and hardworking like they all are .
