I normally stick to food, but this Walgreens location is one of the worst I've seen. It's a local necessity yet can't seem to hold staff or product for more than a week. The line to check out is consistently a dozen people long and the cashiers are unusually slow and working alone. The beverage merchandisers are 3/4 empty and the selection of its products has dwindled to only a few things. I don't even blame the staff as much as I blame corporate management. Whoever oversees this regions stores needs to wake up. Pay your staff so they stick around and work a day in their shoes once in awhile. Evaluate your procedures and streamline the check out process. Update the systems or something! It's so bad they've even closed their doors hours early a few times because staff won't show up. I DREAD going there anymore.

Always greet me when I come to through the door which I appreciate. The pharmacy has generally been an overall pleasant experience for me, no issues in the past two yrs. My only complaint is the building and inside is pretty outdated.

Will never go anywhere other than my doctor's office for a flu shot again all in, paperwork, wait and shot I was there 45 minutes... After filling out my paperwork was sitting there waiting and happened to glance down and saw the paperwork was time stamped for 1:31 pm... Looked at my watch it was 1:30 pm. I mentioned up the pharmacist how long I had waited, he looks at my paperwork and basically told me I was a liar because of the inaccurate time stamp

This is specifically on the Pharmacy, not the general store. Three occasions the Pharmacy has failed to communicate, offers poor customer service and lastly (which made me move to a much further, less convenient location) lost 3 prescriptions entirely. The first time, they didn't have what I needed in stock- I get it, no problem. I'm set up on their Text Message system and have an account, they said they'd let me know when it was in. A week later, I still needed it obviously- so I stopped in. Not only is it ready, its been in and ready for 5 days. Thanks. Second time, I needed medicine to counteract side effects from Chemotherapy. No communication when it was filled- I was told to download the App, because it was more reliable. That doesn't make it better, but fine, I'll download the app. Last time- I had 4 scripts. They filled 3, the last sat unfilled for a week. I finally called, when they told me it was on backorder from the manufacturer and it wouldn't be filled (but we have the other 3.) Again, I understand, but the communication drop-off is extremely annoying and nothing in the app or SMS system told me about this. I go to pick up my other 3 and SURPRISE! No-one can find them, but if I can give them 15-20 minutes, they'll fill it again. I'm done with this pharmacy- its hard to get to during rush hour because its right by Old New Castle, the Pharmacy staff is rude and oblivious and their communication is nonexistent for a department that SPECIFICALLY handles peoples medications! I will never go back into this store.

Very helpful competent and friendly staff and carries a variety of items and services. Stop lights at parking lot entrance makes it easy to access.
