Whomever the manager is needs to be fired or learn how to talk to people. My mother has been changed to this pharmacy due to ours being closed down. My mom has been asking questions and he literally was laughing and making fun of her. I don't know what's going on with this society but the world needs to be taught better

The manager is not mananger they have know idea what they doing. Also the products are too expensive the sale signs are not all right they didn't have what I wanted ever because somebody keeps stealing it I will not be going back to that store or any Walgreens

I really like Walgreens stuff and this is my favorite one like to go to, I have Capital one account and they offer to deposit my cash to my account at Walgreens and I did twice already! No problem And I went today I walked around tried to buy some house stuff and I heard the 1 guy worker who were the one put money in for me he talked about me in the bad way with my money blah blah!!! I was so upset but whatever* THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL* soooo disappointed!! Just be careful who want to use cash money deposit here

Don't bother to make an "appointment" for COVID or other vaccine. They get to you when they can. Who knows how long I would have had to wait, and that is with a 10 o'clock appointment. Don't waste your time, like I did.

When I first started coming here the service was great and I got my meds when I needed. The hours since changed, making the average person working an 8-5 or 9-6 unable pick up their medications. They consistently have issues with insurance companies, and give false information about when your medications will be ready. I stopped in to pick up my medications, they told me a 15-20 minute wait. No issue with that, I know sometimes they aren’t ready super fast. Came back a half an hour later after waiting in my car, just for them to tell me to come back after 2. Couldn’t come back because of work so headed there the next morning. They then had me wait another 15 minutes and called me up to just to get 1/3rd of one of my medications and none of my other two. Shame on me for giving them more than one chance. Other than two employees, everything about this place SUCKS.

Pharmacy staff & pharmacist is always nice and pleasant but service has gone down hill big time.Service as in getting prescriptions filled, I had something called in on Tuesday for a procedure this coming Monday, they didn’t have it in stock so said they would order. It’s now Friday, it’s still not filled and no one at the pharmacy has answered the phones I was on hold 3 separate times today for over 20minutes then their system disconnected me, this is extremely frustrating! They commonly don’t have medications in stock. Also I have an infection on my foot and got a script for a cream, it took them over 24hours to fill! It only needed to be pulled off the shelf, put a sticker on and processed! I needed this asap!It also sucks they are only open limited hours and no weekends!

The staff is horrible they are slow and never have your prescription ready I call first thing and go to pick up 5 hours later and they are never ready they a slow and not friendly they are the worst out of all walgreens
