Very poor service rude worker the worker at front who handed me the money he had a jacket on blue said cooler on it handed my husband a dollar like he had a disease don’t like that stealing going on in there with foreigners the workers that work with the foood very nasty an rude when I told them I had more to my order they were nasty about it . Very rude and they shut down early at 10 never heard of that . Very nasty in bathroom I will be reaching out to corporate thanks

Wish I could give negative stars. I am a DoorDasher. I stood outside in the freezing cold at 2:00 in the morning and had two employees look at me and keep walking. I saw the order I had come to pick up glowing red on the screen. It had to have been there for at least 20 minutes to a half an hour. I called the store three times and no one picked up. On the 4th try the night manager picked up. She informed me that she had tried getting ahold of my customer and said she was unavailable. I immediately reach out to my customer and she responds within seconds telling me that no one has tried to contact her. The night manager told me that they didn't have the product to make her smoothie. I then asked her for a substitution and she told me that they can't do substitutions because they're cleaning the machines right now. The night manager should either look for a job she likes or figure out why she's so angry all of the time.

Just ordered delivery from this Wawa. They have fallen so bad. First, they didn’t have the egg bowl I ordered but gave no notification they were out. I ordered a grape, cheese, and cracker bowl that wasn’t packed. I did get a credit for these items. But it’s the rest of the order that makes things worse. I ordered the Southwest chipotle breakfast panini. This sandwich was horrible. There was no sauce on the sandwich, the top piece of bread was so hard I had to take it off and combine the bottom halves to make the sandwich. I’m so disappointed about this. Next my wife had the butter caramel latte, it didn’t have caramel in it at all not even the extra we asked for. It tasted like a regular coffee. I ordered a peach redbull they send a strawberry and apricot one. It’s not the same. Like this has made me not want to order from Wawa anymore. If you don’t have stuff notify the customer so changes can be made. Don’t just give me anything thinking the customer will be ok with it. Do better Wawa

This wawa is usually a s*** show in the mornings which I have come to accept. However, this morning I learned that they routinely run out of breakfast sandwiches before 9. I go to Wawa nearly every day and sometimes twice a day and have never encountered this or the careless attitude of the staff member who casually informed me that they run out of sandwiches very early every day. They lost two sales as I was standing there. I think this Wawa needs some help. Coffee is still good though

They recently updated their rewards app. A lot of changes were made,and it's made redeeming points a bit frustrating. I had to call corporate to gain points I lost. Associates aren't being trained to know how it works. Saving money is important to many. In all the careers that included technology upgrades,we always had to come up with ways to learn new systems and how they function. It helps customers understand as well. Train associates to make service quicker and better for everyone that uses the app.

WAWA Always ♥️has something GOOD about it!! Hot COFFEES, Cold Drinks & Sodas, Iced COFFEES, Milkshakes, Hoagies, Snacks, Milk, Bread, COLD & HOT FOOD to Go!!Many Stores have Fuel pumps to get Gas or Diesel too!! WAWA!! ????Parking: All around the store . During very busy times, it might get FULL, but it's not long before parking spaces open up.Wheelchair accessibility: Right in FRONT of the Store .

Services is terrible!I used the self service checkout and needed assistance. A young lady behind the counter clearly saw the machine blinking red and walks from behind the counter to go chat with a co-worker. While waiting for about 5 minutes for her to finish her conversation she slams the door to get behind the counter open and yells I can help who’s next. (While I’m still waiting for help) at this point I’m upset and just call her over. What’s the purpose of the machine blinking if the employees don’t even pay attention. Personally if you don’t like to work in customer SERVICE i think you should find another job. Emphasis on the SERVICE part.

Need to check your food preparation workers. Come here everyday for lunch. Just recently they've messes up my order nonstop. Need to ask also if someone wants sauce on the side or not instead of assuming.

If I could give this Wawa a zero, I would. The worst Wawa I’ve ever been to in my life. Coffee machine never works. Customer service is horrible. They are rude. Don’t care about you and barely look at you. If you ask them a question it’s almost like it’s an inconvenience if you ask them something.

I rate this Wawa MINUS ZERO Rude unprofessional and un knowledgeable of their product they sell .I'm the MOM that was denied a reloadable Wawa card. Because it had to be loaded there at the store. And they had no way of loading because of some technical difficulties. I just needed the card so my daughter can load it from Florida.

So I am in another state. I told my mother to grab a reloadable Wawas gift card so I can add it to my Wawas app and put money on there for her. I’ve done this for my children without problems before. Firstly my mother went to get it and they said she had to load it right then ( not true) and that the computer was down. So I said well that’s incorrect cause like I’ve previously said I have done this exact thing for my children. So I called to clarify what I was trying to do. The First Lady who answered thought I said Walmart gift card and when I clarified, I was inquiring about a Wawas gift card. She handed me to some manager. Who then wouldn’t let me speck at all yelled at me and talked extremely rude to me. I informed her I will be writing a review and contacting the main center for this behavior and lack of knowledge and leadership skills I experienced over the phone. All I said was Wawas gift and she started yelling unfortunately over me on repeat instead of letting me talk and letting my mother grab a card I can load over the app to buy gas and food. That type of behavior needs to be addressed and shouldn’t be tolerated by anyone. I will call corporate in the morning has well to insure that this is addressed and everyone get proper training in the store and how management should treat the paying customer. The incompetence in audacity of some people.

Slow service (employees spend.more time talking and not paying attention than finishing orders). Not a clean store. Closes before 10 pm. Charging stations often have issues, and area unsafe when rhe sun goes down. Avoid.

Wawa is always for the most part, delicious. Kind and courteous are the employees and almost always clean atmosphere!
