Have been using this wsfs for years. That has now changed you have a cashier in there named Joyce and older lady who wears glasses. She is rude and makes me feel uncomfortable coming in. She is very slow and wastes time whole completing her transactions. I will not ve coming back to this location due to her behavior andtreating customers like an in convenience.

All I wanted to do was open a business checking account, but was told rudely that I can't because I didn't make an appointment. I have 2 accounts with WSFS and have been to branches in PA, NJ & DE. This is my second time using this branch, both with unfavorable service. Stay away from this place at all cost.

In the bank they Told me they don’t do cashier/counter checks and I called the Middletown branch and they said they do at all branches. Do not trust this branch to do anything useful.

Most time descent service but was a lil lady with a mustache Saturday(whole different crew of ppl too) as manager who told my teller to call and verify a check from my aunt wit same lastname same address as me wich i cash check there every week so she says ahe has to xall i told her have to call cell phone house phone dont work then she twlls me there is no cell phone so i call tell my aunt to call put cell on account as they are ready to close instead of tryin to assist me on cashin my much needed check she wasn't knowin bank was closed sunday she basically kept insinuating ima scammer and tells me they are closing i habe to leave. I get outside call my aunt back and she is still in phone with customer service who is tellin her the cell phone number she called to put on account the manager wouldnt call necause it wasnt and wouldnt take feom me WAS ON ACCOUNT THE WHOLE TIME!!!??talk about ?mad. Don't go here on a Saturday

Amongst the #WSFSBANK’s, this is one of the worst ever. Not so people’s Friendly, don’t bother calling them because they don’t pick up phones and if you go in there some of them just on the phone.My card got stuck In the machine during the long weekend I tried calling them but their automated phone system has no option to connect customers with operators. I had to drive 30 minutes just to ask if someone turned in my card. They are quick to turn customers away as if their time is being wasted. It’s a wrap for me with this bank.

I have always banked with WSFS and have been happy with my experience but today they let me down badly and was not kind at all. I wanted to open an account for my child and was told that I couldn’t because I didn’t make an appointment when i wasn’t told that I needed one days prior just needed paper work. So I was not expecting the worker to tell me that I could not be helped. The better part is that there wasn’t anyone being helped in that area at that time and all I wanted to do was open an account .

They were completely rude when my sister went there to cash a check my grandma with cancer gave her then they had the nerve to make her feel like she didn’t have any money in her account then had the nerve to charge double the price because they couldn’t find an account I am out raged by this

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU DON'T HAVE UNLIMITED TIME! I stopped in before work to make a deposit and get help logging into my business online banking. Made the deposit quickly had a seat to wait for one of the 4 people in the offices to assist me. None of the 4 people had a client and there was no one ahead of me. Yet I sat for 15 minutes waiting, I eventually had to get up and walk out so I would not be late for work.
