Been a member since 2000, needed service yesterday with a flat tire. Took 3 hours to get to us! Immediately canceled membership. Not worth it.

Easy to pay become a membership, hard and waste a lot time to get any service from them! I travel a lot and been a member for more than two years, never had a call that easily solved my problems. Every time has different problems from dispatch or driver or pay extra for tolls when I need a tow! (Which DE premier members don’t need to pay toll by their policy). And I just waste my whole weekend for a free battery benefit and still didn’t get the battery! Lots of troubles! I can write a book to list how many troubles you will meet when you need their services! Just cancelled my membership renewal, I am tired with AAA! Thanks!

This is for Triple AAA members in general. I purchased a battery through Triple AAA, and was quoted a price $30 higher when the service technician responded. He said that the difficulty of installing the battery was the reason for the upcharge. I told him NO!!!!! Leave the battery and I would install it myself. It took less than 5 minutes. BUYERS BEWARE. The price for the battery was reasonable, but the upcharge for install was ridiculous. If installing batteries is part of your regular duties, why would it be so difficult for anyone to install a battery.

I've had AAA Midatlantic insurance for years and have been a AAA member since 1989. My agent is recently no longer with the company. I called Customer Service who informed me that, if I wish to have a specific agent for my policy, I have to go into a AAA office and fill out a paper form to have a specific agent assigned to me. I submit the paper form at the office and wait for them to get back to me, no timetable is given for the response. My other option is to call an 800 number and speak to whomever answers the call.Never had an issue with AAA. They have an app, everything is done online, including automatic billing for insurance payments, electronic proof of insurance forms. But, really, AAA? Go to a physical office and fill out a paper request form just to have a point of contact for my insurance policy? In 2023? Such a bad customer service process. You should fix that

They are a fraud... we started with a regular service... then they...so nicely up graded our account to a premium one... at No charge us at all. but never telling us that you will be bill on our next renewal for a premium account... so if you need service like this, find a different one . Because they steal your money to. And they're service stinks. Very poor service

One star is too much credit. I have been a member of AAA for 8 years and have used them many times, but the past couple of weeks have shown me how horrible their service truly is. I called AAA ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE for a vehicle tow to the AAA facility in Warminster. Because my vehicle is All Wheel Drive and would not start, I specifically requested a flatbed tow truck and a battery jump box. When the tow truck driver arrived he had NEITHER.The driver proceeded to try & tow the vehicle with the dolly. When dropping the tow bar down to connect it to my vehicle it actually was dropped on my car causing damage to the hood, along with pulling my entire bumper off of my car. The driver attempted to repair the bumper himself and had no success. He then requested that I get into the truck so that we could find a facility that could repair the damage to my vehicle. NO SUCCESS.The VERY UNPROFESSIONAL driver then drove me to HIS HOME so he can pick up a battery jumping box. Oh I failed to mention that he had his FEMALE COMPANION IN THE TRUCK AS WELL. After leaving his home, he drove me back to my location, jumped my car, and proceeded with towing my vehicle to AAA CCIT IN WARMINSTER. This situation not only caused me to lose out on money with my job, but it has also left me WITHOUT A VEHICLE FOR 3 WEEKS NOW AND A HIGH REPAIR BILL. They have been UNRESPONSIVE since my first initial conversation with the damage claim manager assigned to my case. Their employees have represented their company in a very unprofessional and inconsiderate manner. SAFE TO SAY I WILL NEVER BE USING THEM AGAIN MEMBERSHIP CANCELLED.
