Absolutely love my new hardwood floor, and everyone that I encountered at this company was great to work with. Prompt, a very fair price for the materials and installation, good communication, very respectful of my property when they did the installation, and they left the place super clean. I'm going to have them come back and refinish my existing wood floors as soon as possible. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

Steve and his team at Accent Hardwood are exceptional. So knowledgeable in their craft. I've worked with various flooring contractors throughout my life and none have even come close to what Steve and his team have done. I had constant delays and changes during my installation and the team was so understanding and flexible. And on top of that, the oak floors were installed to perfection. Even the AC vents were properly sanded and coated to perfection. They are intricate with every detail of their work and that is hard to find in this day and age. And they also resurfaced my 1910 pine floors. If you are debating on a contractor for hardwood floors, there is no need to debate. Choose Accent. I can assure you that they are the best choice. Period.

We are so happy with our newly refinished hardwood floors. Steve was so attentive and professional from start to finish, and the crew did an amazing job- the floors look great. We were on vacation while the floors were being done. Ryan communicated with us throughout the week, keeping us updated as they worked. They even finished earlier than we anticipated. We will definitely recommend Accent Hardwood to family and friends!

We started getting estimates (3) for our flooring / stair refinishing project at the end of March. Accent came at the recommendation of 2 family members, one of which had Accent do their project a few years ago. Steve came out and provided an overview of the work to be performed, anticipated duration, and approximate schedule by day. The estimate was provided the next day as he had indicated, and Steve was responsive at addressing follow-up questions that I had related to the estimate, certain questions about how something might be done, etc. We were very pleased with how quickly the job could get scheduled (within 1.5 weeks after initial deposit) and the duration with which the project could be completed relative to other companies (one as quoted July timeframe with a 2.5 week duration). Due to configuration of our house, areas that were being done, and the desire to 'live' in the house due to pets, James was extremely accommodating in letting me know what would be done each day, and coordinating the staining and multiple coats of polyurethane to minimize disruption and enable us to walk on the floors by late afternoon. The entire team (James, Robert, Ryan, and T) was prompt - arriving each morning before 7:30 a.m., very neat - cleaning up inside and out, and respectful. They treated our house like it was their own. The project was completed on-time, as quoted in the estimate - no surprises. We are extremely happy with the finished product and the floors are absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend Accent. They are very easy to work with and do exceptional work. Thank you!

Accent Hardwood does excellent work. They just completed a floor repair and matched the 4 year old stain perfectly. They also did a maintenance finish that looks spectacular. Steve gave us a fair quote on Friday and was able to get his crew onsite on Monday. Everyone was professional, on time and friendly. Highly recommended.

We can't say enough about the work done refinishing our white oak floors that had been covered with carpet for over 40 years. When we initially moved into our house, the floors were covered because of the neglect from the previous owner. After Accent Hardwood refinished them, they truly look like new.

Accent Hardwood is amazing! I had the best experience and I cannot recommend them enough. Everyone I interacted with was great, Steve, Gene, and RYAN!! I was so excited about getting the work done on my floors and they came out better than I could have imagined. They are absolutely beautiful! Accent Hardwood, LLC did an outstanding job on my hardwood floors. After a leak and damage to my floors, Steve came out and examined the damage, explained the process well and provided a quote that I thought was in line with the work that needed to be done. Ryan, the lead contractor, did an amazing job taking up the damaged floor was "Very Polite" , cleaned up well at the end of the day and provided me with the timeline for completion of the project. Ryan and his assistant David came back to install the new wood flooring, sanded all the hardwood on my main floor, stained and the end result is beautiful!! They completed the job on time and most important to them was that I was happy with the end result!!It was truly a pleasure working with Accent Hardwood and wouldhighly recommend them to anyone.Thank you for your service and being such a Great Team!Roseanne LeRoy
