tried to charge me for something i did not ask for or want, tried to charge me over 1000 dollars for a simple fix. way to expensive, go somewhere else.

This was a horrible experience. Took my car in for coil pack issues. They did transmission work after I said no ($300), they put expensive tires on my car that are so bad I think they're straight up used ($600/2 tires) and they couldn't even bother to put the engine cover back on when they're done. They're trying to take advantage of the UD kids not knowing any better.

Outstanding establishment. This is not a shady mechanic shop where your repair bill will keep growing and growing. I appreciated the professionalism, quality of work and fair price. As a front yard mechanic I know how hard it is to find a reputable auto shop. I broke down leaving Newark Delaware to return home 3 hours away. I feel very fortunate I found this location on a Sunday night. On the side of the road I did a google search, read all the great customer feedback comments Accurate Auto had which certainly made my decision easy. Working with the shop Supervisor Glenn he was upfront and honest on what repairs my vehicle required. My vehicle has been expertly repaired and back on the road sooner than I thought it would be. Highly Recommend!!!!!!

Today I stopped in Newark to get gas. After filling up, my Jeep wouldn't start. I am not from the area, so I had it towed the closest place to where I was (Accurate Auto). Spoke to Aaron, left the key with him and walked downtown. I received a call explaining what they found and what it would take to fix. They managed to get it fixed before the end of the day and I was able to continue on my trip. They were true professionals. They were busy but managed to make me feel welcome even though i just dropped in. I can truly recommend. Thank you to Aaron and the team at Accurate Auto for getting me back on the road.

I want to give a huge thank you to the team at Accurate Auto service. They took my lowered car in for an alignment while other shops were unable to accommodate. No scratches in the car from the machine so I know they take care of customers cars. Very professional and friendly.
